A second body was found in the trunk of a car in an impound yard in Los Angeles, California.

The Honda Civic was towed to Al’s Towing police impound lot, on the 6100 block of St. Andrews Place. The Honda’s trunk area was scorched.

Police said the body found in the Honda is not connected to the woman’s remains found in D4vd’s Tesla.

The charred body was found in the trunk of a Honda Civic sedan a day after a woman’s chopped up remains were found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to Coachella star D4vd.

The Tesla was found abandoned in the Hollywood Hills and towed to the impound lot on Monday.

The city Department of Transportation had the Tesla towed because it was “parked on a public street for more than 72 hours.”

Officials told NBC4 that the Tesla had been parked in the Hollywood Hills for nearly a month. D4vd’s tour kicked off on August 5 in Del Mar, California.

The woman in the Tesla trunk was described as petite, around 5 feet 2 inches tall with wavy black hair. She had the letters “Shhh…” tattooed on her right index finger.

The Tesla was registered in Texas to D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, D4vd is currently on tour. He performed in Minneapolis on Tuesday, and is set to perform in Los Angeles on Sept. 20.

His Withered 2025 World Tour kicks off on October 1 in Oslo, Norway.

“D4vd has been informed about what’s happened. And, although he is still out on tour, he is fully cooperating with the authorities,” a spokesperson for the singer told NBC4 LA Tuesday.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) released photos of a person of interest in the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

The FBI photos show a “college age” white or Hispanic male wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, dark jeans, a black cap and sunglasses.

“We do have good video of this individual. We are not going to release that at this time,” said Beau Mason, Utah Department of Public Safety Commissioner on Thursday. “We’re working through some technologies and some ways to identity this individual.”

“We have tracked his movements onto the campus, through the stairwells, up to the roof, across the river to a shooting location,” Mason explained. “After the shooting, we were able to track his movements as he moved to the other side of the building, jumped off of the building and fled off of the campus into a neighborhood.”

Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck while speaking to students at Utah Valley University in Orem, north of Provo on Wednesday, Sept. 10.

The suspect fired a single shot from a rooftop about 200 yards away from Kirk’s location in “the bowl” on campus.

The man jumped off the building and fled into a wooded area. Police found a high-powered, bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel and discarded in the woods near the UVU campus.

According to authorities, all of the cartridges in the rifle were engraved with words “expressing transgender and anti-fascist (Antifa) ideology.”

However, CNN reported the cartridge engravings as “cultural issues”.

The FBI stated the public is not at risk. Usually that means the suspect’s ID is known to authorities.

President Donald Trump announced that he will posthumously award Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian honor in the U.S.

Trump also ordered all flags at the White House and government buildings to be flown at half-staff until Sunday at 6 p.m. to honor the memory of Kirk.

“Charlie was a giant of his generation, a champion of liberty, and an inspiration to millions and millions of people,” Trump said. “We miss him greatly, yet I have no doubt that Charlie’s voice and the courage he put into the hearts of countless people, especially young people, will live on.”

Porsha Williams‘ ex-husband Simon Guobadia lost his appeal to overturn his divorce judgment. A Georgia judge denied his appeal months after he was deported back to his native Nigeria.

“It’s over!!!!” Porsha, 44, wrote on her Instagram Stories. “Thank Goodness. Grateful.”

Simon responded by trolling her. “Here we go again with Ms 265,” he wrote. “Still has learned absolutely nothing.”

“265” refers to Porsha mistakenly stating there are 265 days in a year.

He followed up in another post: “Plot twist: you didn’t make the cut for Detty December 2025. #findanotherdaddy.”

“Detty December” refers to a festival period in Nigeria from mid-December to the new year. The term “Detty” is slang for the word “dirty.”

Even though Simon doesn’t stand a chance, he plans to continue appealing to a higher court.

“We intend to continue pursuing this appeal, as we have not yet exhausted all legal remedies,” Simon told PEOPLE in a statement.

“In addition, I have a federal defamation case that has yet to be heard, and we are now preparing for the discovery phase at the pace set by the federal court,” he added.

“I am a very patient man — patience has served me well for over 40 years in both my personal and professional life — and I am confident that I will ultimately prevail,” he said.

In June, Simon accused Porsha of targeting him for his money.

“Getting engaged in 30 days … who does that? I was out of my godd–n mind to have done that,” Simon told Page Six from his home in Nigeria.

Simon said he was in a “vulnerable position” when he met Porsha after his divorce from “RHOA” alum Falynn Guobadia.

“This felt like a coup… I was totally blindsided,” he said.

Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024 – After 14 months of marriage.

Simon is founder of Simcol Petroleum, which supplies refined fuels to the southeast United States.

Simon, 61, was deported back to his country after spending four months at an immigration facility near Atlanta.

He accused Porsha of blindsiding him in an attempt to get her hands on his money and property.

“I think I was targeted. I was targeted from day one for financial reasons,” he told Page Six. “When I filed for divorce from my previous ex-wife, [Porsha] was in my DM praying for me. I think I was in a vulnerable position at that time, and I entertained it. So it just kind of snowballed from there.”

MSNBC fired political analyst Matthew Dowd following controversial statements he made about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck while speaking to students at Utah Valley University in Orem, north of Provo on Wednesday, Sept. 10.

He was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The gunman is still at large. A witness described him as a white male wearing jeans, a black shirt, black vest, black facemask, and carrying a long rifle.

Dowd, who worked at MSNBC since 2022, made the comments to MSNBC anchor Katy Tur on Wednesday. Tur asked Dowd to explain the “environment in which a shooting like this happens.”

He replied: “We don’t know if this was a supporter shooting their gun off in celebration. So we have no idea about this.”

Dowd continued:

“He’s been one of the most divisive, especially divisive younger figures in this, who is constantly sort of pushing this sort of hate speech or sort of aimed at certain groups. And I always go back to, hateful thoughts lead to hateful words, which then lead to hateful actions. And I think that’s the environment we’re in.”

The reaction was swift on social media. MSNBC viewers accused Dowd of blaming Kirk for his own murder.

In a statement on Wednesday, MSNBC president Rebecca Kutler apologized for Dowd’s remarks.

“During our breaking news coverage of the shooting of Charlie Kirk, Matthew Dowd made comments that were inappropriate, insensitive and unacceptable. We apologize for his statements, as has he. There is no place for violence in America, political or otherwise.”

Dowd also issued his own apology on Wednesday.

“My thoughts & prayers are w/ the family and friends of Charlie Kirk,” he wrote on Threads. “I apologize for my tone and words. Let me be clear, I in no way intended for my comments to blame Kirk for this horrendous attack. Let us all come together and condemn violence of any kind.”

TMZ was forced to apologize after employees erupted in laughter when conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s death was announced during a TMZ livestream on Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck during a Q&A event for students at Utah Valley University in Orem, north of Provo. He was rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Laughter erupted in the background when TMZ founder Harvey Levin and Charles Latibeaudiere announced the Turning Point USA founder’s assassination.

Levin (right) remained professional during the outburst in the background. Viewers were outraged by the cheering and laughter.

“During today’s TMZ livestream, employees were heard cheering, clapping and celebrating just 30 seconds before announcing Charlie Kirk’s death,” one X user wrote.

“They laughed and applauded the cold-blooded murder of a husband and father on a public broadcast, like it was some kind of sick joke, before handing it off to Harvey Levin.”

Levin apologized in a tweet on Wednesday evening. He claimed his employees were cheering a “high speed chase” at the time.

“We want to make it clear that these cheers were a reaction to a high-speed chase happening in California. This was prior to, and not related to Charlie Kirk’s death.”

“We were livestreaming all day during this tragedy,” he said in an apology video alongside Latibeaudiere.

“When we were reporting the assassination of Charlie Kirk, there were some people in the back room, away from our news desk here, who were watching a car chase.”

Levin went on to say those employees “would not work here” if they found Kirk’s death funny in any way.

“We acknowledge that it was horrible timing,” Latibeaudiere said. “And for that, we are sorry. We assure you, [the laughter] was not about that.”

Conservative commentator and podcast host Charlie Kirk has died after being shot at a Q&A event for Turning Point USA at Utah Valley University on Wednesday. He was 31.

Cell phone videos circulating on X (Twitter) show Kirk speaking to students seconds before a gunshot rang out.

Kirk responded to a speaker who asked, “Do you know how many mass shooters there have been in America?”

“Counting or not counting gang violence,” Kirk said before he was shot.

Kirk flinched and fell off his chair onto the floor.

One video shows security rushing Kirk to a black SUV. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

A petition signed by 7,000 people before the event called for Kirk to be banned from campus.

President Donald Trump asked for prayers for his friend. “We must pray,” he said in a brief statement on his Truth Social app.

In 2019, Kirk launched a campaign to enlist 1 million “Students for Trump” ahead of Trump’s unsuccessful reelection campaign in 2020.

Vice President JD Vance said, “Say a payer for Charlie Kirk, a genuinely good guy and a young father.”

Kirk is a right-wing political activist, author and media personality. He co-founded Turning Point USA in 2012.

He has appeared on “The Candace Owens Show,” and she appeared on his show amid conflicts with Ben Shapiro, her then-coworker at the Daily Wire.

Kirk is survived by his wife Erika Frantzve and their 2 children, a girl and a boy.

NC Judge Under Fire for Releasing Decarlos Brown Jr. Failed the Bar Exam 4 Times

A Charlotte, NC Judge is under fire for releasing a 14-time offender who is accused of fatally stabbing a woman on the Blue Line light rail train.

Decarlos Brown Jr. is federally charged with the murder of Iryna Zarutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee.

Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes released Brown from jail in January following his arrest for abusing the 911 system.

Stokes allegedly failed the bar exam 4 times and was never admitted to the North Carolina Bar, according to reports.

North Carolina is among many states that don’t require passing the bar exam to become a judge.

Republican lawmakers at the state and federal levels have called for Stokes’ removal from the bench, citing concerns over public safety.

Podcaster Alex Jones published the full, uncensored surveillance video of the murder on his X (Twitter) page on Tuesday.

The video shows Zarutska enter the train and sit in a seat in front of Brown. Brown produced a small pocketknife and unfolded it. Then he stood up and jabbed Zarutska 3 times in the chest, piercing her heart.

After the attack, Brown walked away leaving a trail of his own blood from a wound to his right hand.

Several train passengers rushed forward to help Zarutska, who bled out from her chest wounds.

Brown was arrested at the next train stop.

Brown told police he heard voices from “implants” in his brain telling him to harm Zarutska.

In January, Brown was arrested for calling 911 multiple times from a mental hospital. He complained that he was being held against his will by healthcare workers.

He has a history of schizophrenia according to his mother.

Judge Stokes released Brown from jail on a “written promise to appear” at his next court date. He never showed up.

Democrat lawmakers accused Republicans of politicizing the murder to distract the public’s attention from the Epstein files.

Business records show Stokes owned and operated a mental health facility in Charlotte where Brown had been a patient.

It is not illegal for judges in North Carolina to release detainees from jail and admit them into mental health facilities that they own.

Brown, who is currently in state custody, faces life in prison or the death penalty if convicted of the federal charges.
