Dalton Eatherly, known as live-streamer “Chud the Builder,” had his bond revoked by a Tennessee judge on Wednesday, June 17. Eatherly, who is popular for making racially confrontational content, is charged with attempted murder. He is also charged with three misdemeanors in Nashville.

Judge Melissa Blackburn revoked Eatherly’s bond, citing violent tweets he made on social media.

The judge said she revoked his bond on the three Nashville cases, “Based on what I’ve seen on social media and Mr. Eatherly’s behavior.”

Eatherly was arrested on May 13 following a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse. He is accused of pointing a gun at a military veteran and shouting the N-word while streaming live.

During the confrontation, Eatherly shot and wounded the man. Prosecutors presented video footage that showed the confrontation and the shooting.

Eatherly’s supporters raised $350,000 toward his $1.25 million bond. In addition to attempted murder, he faces charges of resisting arrest and running out on a $400 restaurant bill at Bob’s Steak & Chophouse inside the Omni Hotel in Nashville.

Wednesday’s hearing was initially scheduled as a preliminary hearing. However, Assistant District Attorney Jeff Walker asked the judge to revoke his bond. The judge granted the motion.

Eatherly’s attorney, Jacob Fendley, filed a motion to dismiss the charges. “Right now we’re talking about the motion to revoke his bail,” Judge Blackburn said.

Blackburn set a preliminary hearing for June 25. Eatherly will remain in jail until the hearing.

David Anthony Burke, known as singer D4vd, won a major court ruling on Wednesday, June 17. A judge granted D4vd’s request for a delay in his case.

The judge’s ruling is the third postponement of his probable cause hearing, where prosecutors are set to introduce more evidence to warrant a jury trial. D4vd thanked the judge for pushing his probable cause hearing until July 21, according to Vibe.

“Thank you, your honor,” D4vd said before he was led out of the courtroom in shackles. His lead defense lawyer, Blair Berk, was in the courtroom, but his other lead attorney, Marilyn Bednarski, did not attend, according to Vibe.

The “Romantic Homicide” singer, 21, is accused of killing and dismembering his former girlfriend Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was 14 at the time. Police discovered her remains in bags in the trunk of his Tesla in September 2025.

D4vd was arrested by the LAPD and charged with first-degree murder in April 2026. He is currently being held without bond at a Los Angeles County jail.

In a hearing on April 29, prosecutors unsealed evidence that shows D4vd (and possibly an accomplice) parked his Tesla around the corner from his West Hollywood rental house before leaving on tour in August 2025.

“For several weeks, or possibly months, defendants left the victim’s body to decompose inside his Tesla. He lied to friends, business associates, and others who noticed the strong smell of decay in and around his home and vehicle,” the prosecution said.

The court filing claimed D4vd met Celeste when she was only 11-years-old on Roblox. He started an inappropriate relationship with her when she turned 13.

Before she was killed, authorities visited D4vd‘s rental and informed him that Celeste was an underage runaway. D4vd denied knowing she was underage or a runaway. However, he “continued to pursue” Celeste, prosecutors said. He allegedly paid a classmate $1,000 to give Celeste a secret iPhone so they could stay in touch.

They allegedly exchanged text messages about pregnancy, abortion and Plan B before she died.

Fox News Defends UFC Fighter Calling Michelle Obama “A Man”

Fox News’ political commentator Greg Gutfeld defended UFC fighter Josh Hokit for calling Michelle Obama “a man.” Hokit made the false comment during the UFC Freedom 250 event held on the South Lawn of the White House on June 14.

Following his victory over Derrick Lewis at UFC 250, Hokit gave President Donald Trump a diamond chain. However, Trump was seen removing the chain after Hokit made the false allegation about the former first lady.

The White House declined to respond to CNN’s request for a comment about Hokit’s statement. But the UFC’s Dana White called his comment “Nasty” and “false” and dismissed it as “nonsense.”

On Monday’s episode of Fox’s “The Five,” co-host Greg Gutfeld argued that Hokit referred to Mrs. Obama as “a man” because Democrats insulted First Lady Melania Trump. Gutfeld said Democrats had no “credibility”.

“Hell, I seem to remember, not too long ago, how often I heard that Melania Trump was an escort,” Gutfeld said, in response to co-host Jessica Tarlov criticizing Hokit’s remarks.

Gutfeld also condemned Karmelo Anthony’s supporters for saying he was just defending himself against Austin Metcalf.

Shannon Sharpe was among Michelle Obama’s defenders. During his “Nightcap” podcast with Chad Johnson and Joe Johnson, Shannon said, “I want to make sure there’s a certain network that says don’t bring politics into sports. She happened to be low-hanging fruit. They know that woman, she’s not [a man]. But it’s good… they hate lies and they hate conspiracy theories, but they pushed one for over a decade. But that was cool. That was cool.”

Shannon then said that both Obamas should sue for defamation. He said Obama should have sued when he got into office when people swore he wasn’t an American citizen.

“If I was Michelle Obama that’s what I would have done too. You all say I wasn’t born here, you all say my birth certificate bogus, ok here we go right here, boom. You all say I’m a man? Ok, here it is, right here, boom. Now it’s going to cost you $100 billion. All right, Justice Department, pay it off.”

A Texas parole officer was fired over comments she made on social media about incarcerated teen Karmelo Anthony. Donna Robinson was terminated over inflammatory Facebook comments she made following Anthony’s sentencing in Collin County, Texas.

Anthony, 19, is currently serving 35 years in a state prison for the 2025 murder of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf in Frisco, Texas.

In a viral Facebook post, Robinson assured Anthony’s supporters that he would be safe in prison. “I am a parole supervisor at TXDCJ. Karmelo will be OK. He, I can almost assure you, will be protected on the inside,” she wrote.

Robinson added she was “glad we didn’t have to bury another Black child,” and “Let them start burying some of theirs for a change.” She concluded her post: “FK ’em I said what I said.”

Robinson’s comments drew widespread outrage. The TDCJ administration terminated Robinson on Friday, and released an official statement clarifying the agency’s position. A department spokeswoman said impartiality and non-bias are requirements for TDCJ employees, according to Audacy.com KRLD News.

“These statements are incompatible with TDCJ policy and values,” the spokeswoman added. “They demonstrate bias and a lack of the impartiality essential to the fair administration of justice in Texas. Discriminatory or inflammatory conduct that erodes public confidence in the criminal justice system will not be tolerated.”

Under Texas law, Anthony must serve half of his sentence (17.5 years) before he can be eligible for parole. His attorney filed an appeal and an indigent form asking the court to provide an appellate attorney because Anthony can’t afford one.

Motivational speaker Charleston White and social media influencer Kai Cenat donated over $400,000 toward Anthony’s appeal.

Marlon Wayans’ Ex, Brittany Moreland Drops Child Custody Case

Marlon Wayan’s ex-girlfriend, Brittany Moreland, dropped a child custody case she filed against him over their daughter, Axl July Ivory Wayans. According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Brittany filed papers to dismiss the child custody case.

In her original court filing in March 2024, Brittany asked for primary custody of Axl. She also demanded $22,000 a month in child support. But Marlon pushed back and asked for joint custody of Axl. The “Scary Movie 6” star said he voluntarily pays Brittany $18,000 a month for the now 3-year-old girl.

In an interview with The Shade Room in 2024, Marlon called Brittany “entitled” and said Axl is not a secret. He called out women like Brittany who use a child for a paycheck.

“All these women having to drag men to court who pay NOTHING towards their children. And here, a woman gets a doctor’s salary and says it isn’t enough? I’ve had two children before this. I’ve never had this problem. I’m a good man with a good heart and strong sense of responsibility, but I refuse to be used and discredited.”

The father-of-three continued: “All love, all GOD. The baby isn’t a secret. The mama has been posted. I chose to keep the baby’s private life private. Ain’t nobody’s business. Social media is toxic and dangerous and I’d like to keep her peace.”

In addition to Axl, Marlon is father to Kai Zackery Wayans, 26. Kai (left) is Marlon’s first child from his long-term relationship with Angela Zackery (they split in 2013 after 21 years together). They also share 21-year-old son Shawn Wayans (pictured right).

Marlon’s support for Kai, a female-to-male transgender, earned him praise from the LGBTQ+ community. They say he’s setting a great example for parents of transgender children.

Marlon said he went from “ignorance and denial” to complete love and acceptance of Kai’s transition. He also discussed his child’s transition on his comedy special, “Rainbow Child” in 2024. “It’s about my daughter that transitioned into a son,” Marlon said of Kai.

“My daughter Amai is now Kai and so I talk about the transition – not her transi-, his, their transition – but my transition as a parent going from ignorance and denial to complete unconditional love and acceptance. And I think there’s a lot of parents out there that need to have that message and I know I’m dealing with it. It was a very painful situation for me, but man it’s one of the best funniest hours I probably could ever imagine.”

Floyd Mayweather Jr. Faces Two Felony Charges for Passing a Bad Check

Floyd “Money” Mayweather Jr’s financial struggles continue. The 49-year-old boxer is facing two felony charges for passing a bad check in Nevada. Floyd is accused of “intent to defraud” by passing a bad check to purchase a $200,000 wristwatch in Las Vegas, according to Nevada court records obtained by ESPN.

A complaint filed by Clark County prosecutors alleges Mayweather wrote a $200,000 check from a Wells Fargo Bank account to Gold and Beyond resale boutique to purchase an Audemars Piguet watch on Dec. 25, 2024. Prosecutors allege Floyd wrote the check when he “had insufficient money, property, or credit” in the account to pay for the purchase.

ESPN obtained a copy of the receipt from the high-end Las Vegas jewelry boutique for the Audemars Piguet watch. Officials allege Floyd handed over the check for the watch while “knowing that the check would not be paid when presented.”

An attorney for Gold and Beyond explained why he waited until February to press charges. “The reason for the delay is that my guy trusted Mayweather and was trying to give him every opportunity to make good on that. And it got to the point where he wasn’t getting responses and wasn’t getting money for a watch that Mayweather had for well over a year,” said attorney Marc Cook, of Cook & Kelesis law firm.

Floyd recently sued his former manager, alleging he “mishandled” his watches and jewelry. However, the boxer is accused of pawning the same watches and jewelry to pay off his massive debts.

Last month a court ruled Floyd fathered a baby with a Las Vegas strip club dancer. He owes $1 million in back child support and $33,000 a month to the dancer. Floyd told a judge he doesn’t have $1 million to pay the woman. The baby is Floyd’s 5th child.

Plaintiffs in at least four states allege Floyd owes them money. Floyd’s money troubles forced him out of retirement and into the ring to pay off his mounting debts. There are reports that the IRS revoked his passport so he can’t leave the country.

However, a source close to Floyd told ESPN on Tuesday that he still has his passport and is expected to leave for Greece later this week. Floyd is scheduled to fight kickboxer Mike Zambidis in an exhibition match on June 27 in Athens.

Rapper Mystikal was sent back to prison after pleading guilty to r*ping a woman. Mystikal, real name Michael Lawrence Tyler, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for sexually assaulting a woman in his Louisiana home in 2022.

The New Orleans native and two of his bodyguards forced the woman to perform oral sex on them after he accused her of stealing $80,000 in checks. Police found a videotape recording of the assault in his home.

The victim told the court Mystikal choked her, punched her and forcibly raped her. The rapper stood up in the courtroom and said, “If I did that to you, I deserve the max sentence.”

Mystikal, 55, pled guilty to third-degree rape last month. He accepted a plea deal from prosecutors, but the judge hit him with the maximum sentence – 20 years.

Mystikal was convicted of sexual battery on the infirmed back in 2003. He was released from prison in 2010 after serving 7 years. In 2017 the Grammy-nominated rapper was indicted on rape and kidnapping charges. He spent 18 months in jail and was eventually released on a $3 million bond, according to The Associated Press. The 2017 charges were later dropped for lack of evidence.

The former No Limit Records artist is best known for his 2000 singles, “Shake Ya Ass,” featuring Pharrell Williams, and “Danger (Been So Long),” featuring Nivea. His fourth album, Let’s Get Ready (2000) debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart.

Florida Couple Will Raise IVF Baby Who is Not Genetically Theirs

A Florida couple will raise a baby girl who isn’t genetically theirs after reaching an agreement with the biological parent(s).

Tiffany Score and Steven Mills sued a Florida clinic after discovering their IVF baby was “non-Caucasian.”

The couple sued IVF Life, Inc., and its head reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Milton McNichol, for implanting the wrong embryo into Score’s uterus in April 2025. Mills and Score discovered the mixup after the baby was born. A DNA test confirmed their suspicions.

The testing revealed that the baby, named Shea, was 100% South Asian, according to Mills and Score’s attorney. At the time, Mills and Score said they believed Shea should be reunited with her genetic parents.

The couple’s lawsuit led their attorney, Mara Hatfield, to launch a search for baby Shea’s biological parents. The attorney announced they had located Patient 004, who reached an agreement with the couple.

In a court filing, attorney Hatfield wrote that her clients and Patient 004 had “come to a mutually devised custody agreement” that recognizes Score and Mills’ rights as the “permanent custodial parents of their daughter.”

“I’m glad the parties have reached an agreement while this child is relatively young,” Circuit Court Judge Margaret Schreiber said in a hearing on Friday, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

In 2020, Score and Mills stored three viable embryos at the clinic for IVF implantation at a later date.

Five years later, Dr. McNichol implanted one of the embryos in Tiffany’s uterus. She gave birth to a “beautiful, healthy female child” on Dec. 11, 2025, according to the lawsuit, obtained by Law & Crime.

The new parents immediately knew there was a mixup since they are Caucasian and the baby “displayed the physical appearance of a racially non-Caucasian child,” the lawsuit stated.

A one-year-old boy was shot dead by police during a chase through a Walmart parking lot. The incident happened on Sunday, June 14, when police got a call about women shoplifting Pampers at a Senatobia Walmart.

Officers with the Senatobia Police Department arrived at the location and spotted the suspect’s vehicle driving through the parking lot. Police claimed the suspect drove toward them and almost hit one cop when they were trying to stop the vehicle.

Officers fired into the vehicle, killing Kohen Wiley and critically injuring a female passenger in the vehicle. Kohen’s family told WREG that his mother was holding him in the front passenger seat while his aunt drove.

Video footage shows the front passenger window broken out and a bullet hole in the windshield on the passenger side. The aunt drove the family to the hospital, where Kohen was pronounced dead. The family disputed allegations that Kohen’s mother and aunt were stealing diapers from the Walmart.

A witness told WREG that he saw police waiting in the parking lot before Kohen’s mother and aunt exited the store. One woman held a box of diapers while the other woman carried the toddler.

Another witness who saw the fleeing vehicle said she didn’t realize police were shooting in the parking lot, since “this is Walmart.”

“We don’t really know anything, why it happened or whatever. All we know is that car was shot up and a one-year-old baby was killed,” Carolyn Stokes, Kohen’s great-grandmother, told WREG.

“I’m just at a loss for words, to be honest. Somebody needs to held accountable for it,” Carlos Haynes, Kohen’s grandfather, added.
