Chrisean Rock’s ex-boyfriend, aspiring rapper Karon “Ronny Doe” Cann, was shot and killed in Severn, Maryland on Monday, Feb. 3.
Police responding to a 911 call of shots fired found the 24-year-old lying outside a residence.
He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say Cann’s death was targeted and not a random act of violence.
Cann was best known for dating Rock before she got tangled up with incarcerated rapper Blueface.
Cann claimed he fathered Chrisean Rock‘s son — not Blueface. He pleaded with Rock for a DNA test to prove his paternity, but she refused.
However, hours after his death Rock produced DNA test results that showed Jonathan Porter (Blueface) is the father of her son.
Fans on Cann’s Instagram account lashed out at Rock and accused her of posting fake DNA results.
They are suspicious of the timing of the DNA test results which showed buccal (cheek) swabs were collected from both Rock and Blueface on May 4, 2023.
Rock gave birth to their son on Sept. 3, 2023 — 4 months after the date of the DNA test.
Others accused Rock of putting out a hit on Cann.
One person wrote: “She put someone on him because he was exposing everything and fighting for Jr. that’s crazy! It’s no way this happened and it’s a coincidence he ended up shot and killed!”
Another person wrote: “All bro wanted was a DNA Test! He was really fighting for Jr.”
A third person wrote: “When truth comes to light, and the world finds out you were the father, Chrisean will get her karma. May your soul rest in peace, you never deserved this pain she caused you. SHE knew the truth.”

Texas Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett sits on the DOGE subcommittee, so she has a firsthand look at what is transpiring.
Crockett voiced her concerns on MSNBC regarding Musk’s unprecedented control over government payments.
“With people already having angst about Elon Musk and the things that he does as it relates to technology, this is not instilling anything more than another layer of fear,” Crockett said.
She explained that Musk, with no security clearance, now controls a $6 trillion system that disburses payments to Americans and contractors. Crockett questioned how an unvetted individual is allowed to run amok in Washington, DC.
Musk and his band of young computer hackers – ages 19-24 – locked federal workers out of their computer networks and gained access to sensitive government databases.
Musk even bragged that he shut down a tax filing system that allows low-income Americans to file their taxes for free.
In a tweet on Monday, Musk said the IRS’s Direct File website, which allows taxpayers to file their returns directly to the IRS for free, had been “deleted.”
But the website is still active as of Wednesday morning, Feb. 5.

“Americans thought that it was okay to take a full-fledged criminal and make him the president of the United States,” she said. “And then they want to act aghast when he does criminal things.”

Police body cam video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows the youngest son of NBA legend Michael Jordan trying to talk his way out of an arrest by dropping his famous dad’s name.
Marcus, 34, was arrested early Tuesday after his Lamborghini sports car got stuck on train tracks when he left a strip club around 1:14 AM in Maitland, Fla.
The video shows Marcus sitting on the driver’s side of a blue Lamborghini. A woman in the passenger seat looks like his current girlfriend, Ashley Stevenson.
The Lamborghini’s driver side wheels are hopelessly wedged on some railroad tracks. The police asked Marcus how that happened. He said he got stuck on the tracks when he made a wrong turn.
“You know the trains come by right now right?” one of the cops told him.
“I know. That’s why I’m trying to get TF up out of here.” Marcus answered, as his girlfriend rolled the passenger side window up.

Cops ordered Marcus out of the car but he refused. Officers eventually managed to drag him out of the car.
Marcus tried to talk his way out of an arrest by saying, “Bro, I’m Marcus Jordan. I’m Michael Jordan’s son. I’m not doing anything wrong. I’m just trying to get home and I made a wrong turn.”
He asked the police to help him get his car off of the tracks.
But the police told him he’s not getting back in the car and to take his hands out of his pockets.
“There’s nothing in my pockets,” Marcus said.

Officers suspected Marcus had just fled from a nearby traffic stop – and that’s how he got stuck on the railroad tracks.
The cops detected a strong odor of alcohol on his breath, his slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.
Marcus failed three field sobriety tests. During a search of his pants pockets officers found a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine.
He was placed under arrest and charged with cocaine possession, DUI, and resisting arrest.
Officers said Marcus was secured in the backseat of a patrol car and he sang all the way to jail. He is currently in jail awaiting
Rapper Jay-Z and his attorneys quietly filed a request to withdraw a motion for sanctions against Houston attorney Tony Buzbee.
As you know, Buzbee represents an Alabama woman who accused Jay-Z and his former pal, Sean “Puffy” Combs, of r@ping her when she was only 13.
In December, Jay-Z sued Buzbee anonymously, accusing him of extortion. The rapper also filed a motion for sanctions against Buzbee.
That same month, Buzbee sued Jay-Z’s Roc Nation, accusing them of soliciting his firm’s clients to get them to sue him.
In January, Buzbee retained 2 attorneys – one for his client, Jane Doe, and one for himself. One of those attorneys – a former police detective – did the leg work and backed up at least part of Jane Doe’s allegations against Jay-Z.

But here’s the kicker: according to credible sources, Buzbee’s attorneys have uncovered evidence that is more sinister than the case they have against Jay-Z.
Gossip bloggers claim the dirt Buzbee has on Jay-Z is expected to drop right before the Super Bowl on Sunday.

The Associated Press issued an apology after 2 of its reporters cut short their interview with R&B icon Babyface on the red carpet at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday.
The Associated Press issued a formal apology to the singer/songwriter on Monday following the backlash on social media.
“We are deeply sorry for cutting our interview with Babyface short on our YouTube livestream of the Grammys red carpet,” the AP said in the statement. “We have apologized to him through his representative and to our viewers on the livestream.”
The viral moment occurred when two AP reporters abruptly cut off an interview with the 13x Grammy winner after they spotted pop singer Chappell Roan walking behind him.
As one reporter shouted Chappell’s name, Babyface told them, “You guys want to do that? Go do that.”
He then handed back the mic and graciously stepped aside. One of the reporters said, “So sorry, Babyface. So sorry,” as she took the microphone from him.

TBS canceled Dwyane Wade’s Game Show “The Cube” after he revealed his kidney cancer diagnosis.
“The Cube” was abruptly canceled after three seasons on the air, according to Forbes. No reason was given for the cancellation.
The Cube, an adaptation of the popular British game show, premiered in the US in 2021 with Wade as host. The show featured contestants competing inside a giant glass cube for a chance to win up to $250,000.

The father-of-4 opened up about his “shocking” kidney cancer diagnosis more than a year after 40% of his right kidney was removed.
The retired NBA player went under the knife in December 2023 to remove a cancerous tumor inside his right kidney. He revealed his diagnosis in Thursday’s episode of his “The Why With Dwyane Wade” podcast.

Wade shared the symptoms he experienced before he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. He said, aside from stomach issues and cramps, he wondered why his urine stream was “weak.”
“Why is my piss coming out slow, why is my stream ain’t powerful? Why is it a little weak?” he said.
Wade underwent an MRI imaging test that confirmed a cancerous tumor in his kidney.
The ex Miami Heat star said the cancer diagnosis was the “weakest point” of his life.
“I think it was the first time that my family, my dad, my kids, they saw me weak,” Wade said. “I saw my family that may not always talk, may not always agree. I saw everybody show up for me and be there for me,” the father-of-5 said.
Male-to-female transgender Karla Sofía Gascón was reportedly scrubbed from a Netflix Oscar campaign amid racism and antisemitic allegations.
Netflix removed the trans star of the film Emilia Pérez from its For Your Consideration Oscar promotional campaign material after Gascón’s old tweets resurfaced on X.
Old tweets contained racist commentary about George Floyd’s death. Other tweets by Gascón contained homophobic and body-shaming content.
