Instagram influencer De’jah Laneé is speaking out from jail, where she is serving a 30-day sentence on a child endangerment charge. Laneé is best known as baseball player Tim Anderson’s baby mama.

Laneé was arrested in April 2024 for speeding with at least one of her children in the car. She was charged with fleeing or eluding police, driving with a revoked license, and endangering the health of a child.

In a candid video, Laneé revealed she was offered two options by the DA: complete 300 hours of community service while keeping the child endangerment charge or serve 30 days in jail to have the charge removed.

She chose the 30 days in jail to have the charge removed. Despite being in jail – and away from her three kids – Laneé insists she’s a good mother.

“I ain’t never in my life put none of my kids in harm’s way,” she said in the video. Laneé added that fleeing the police was motivated by “fear”.

She also addressed her critics on social media: “Don’t play with me and my parenting. Don’t play with my kids, period.”

Laneé gave birth to a son in October 2022. She went viral when she accused Tim Anderson of fathering the boy. She posted a photo of her baby bump on Instagram and taunted Anderson’s long-suffering wife, Bria.

Laneé was actually the second woman to come forward claiming to be Anderson’s side piece.

Tim and Bria attended the MLB All-star game with their two kids on July 19, 2022 in Los Angeles. They have been married since 2017.

In a moment of humility, Bria acknowledged that her husband has a loose zipper problem. But she said they were working on their marriage.

She wrote in a post, “Moment of authenticity – I know we’re all on social media, but there’s a distinction between the internet and real life. In REAL life, I am a mother and a WIFE that cares about my FAMILY above anything else.”

“My truth is that my husband and I are working on our marriage, and I’m not interested in the internet games,” she continued. “I ask for everyone to respect my family’s privacy.”

Jack Smith’s Final Report Released, ‘Jury Would Have Convicted President Trump.’

Attorney General Merrick Garland has released Jack Smith’s final report on President-elect Donald Trump‘s classified documents case. The report was submitted to Congress and released at 1 a.m. Tuesday after a court hold had expired.

The classified documents case centered on dozens of boxes of documents found during a raid at Trump’s Mar-A-Lago estate on August 8, 2022 in Palm Beach, Fla.

Special counsel Jack Smith, who led the investigation, assembled 20 prosecutors to go after Trump in 2023. Smith resigned this week, but the release of his report is one final blow to Trump.

Trump’s attorneys asked the court to block the release of the final report, but the request was denied. However, their legal filings did slow the release of the report.

Smith’s report concluded that Trump committed “criminal efforts to retain power” and that “a D.C. jury would have convicted President Trump.”

“As set forth in the original and superseding indictments, when it became clear that Mr. Trump had lost the election and that lawful means of challenging the election results had failed, he resorted to a series of criminal efforts to retain power,” the report states.

The report claims Trump put “pressure on state officials,” and his Vice President Mike Pence. And how Trump’s supporters attacked the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Smith accused Trump’s supporters of trying to stop Pence from certifying the Electoral College results in the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, 2021.

“Until Mr. Trump obstructed it, this democratic process had operated in a peaceful and orderly manner for more than 130 years,” Smith wrote.

Smith said Trump was “not exonerated” of the 4 charges brought against him. But Smith dropped the case after voters handed Trump a historic landslide win in November.

Of his failed attempt to prosecute Trump, Smith said that prosecutors “cannot control outcomes” (of elections), and can only do their jobs “the right way for the right reasons.”

Attorney General Garland’s critics complained that he didn’t appoint a special counsel for 2 years after the Jan. 6 protests in 2021. They claim Trump should have been convicted and sent to prison before the 2024 election.

Don’t expect to see First Lady Melania Trump at the White House full-time after Donald Trump is sworn in on Jan. 20.

Mrs. Trump and son Barron Trump, 18, lived full-time at the White House during Trump’s first term.

But Melania told “Fox & Friends” on Monday that she will live part-time at the White House during Trump’s 2nd term.

Melania’s time will be split between New York City, where Barron attends college, the White House, and the family’s Mar-A-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

“I will be in the White House, and when I need to be in New York, I will be in New York. When I need to be in Palm Beach, I will be in Palm Beach,” she said. “But my first priority is, you know, to be a mom, to be a first lady, to be a wife, and once we are in on Jan. 20, you serve the country.”

Melania also said that Barron, who is enrolled at NYU’s prestigious Stern School of Business, will “come visit” his dad and bring friends to the White House.

She revealed that she will cut down the size of the First Lady’s office to save taxpayer money — since she won’t be there as often.

“I don’t want to hire too many people on my team, spending too much taxpayer money. I want to make sure that every position, they are talented, they have merit, they know what they’re doing.”

Melania said her last move into the White House in 2016 didn’t go smoothly.

She complained that the “previous administration” didn’t give her and her husband the information they needed to move in last time, referring to former President Barack Obama.

“But this time I have everything. I have the plans, I could move in, I already packed, I already selected, you know, the furniture that needs to go in. So it’s a very different transition this time, second time around,” she said.

The first thing Melania will probably do on Jan. 20 is fire the FBI agents who rifled through her panty drawer during a raid at Mar-A-Lago on August 8, 2022.

Biden’s FBI agents executed search warrants at Mar-A-Lago as part of the DOJ’s investigation into the storage of classified documents.

The classified documents case was eventually dropped after Trump won the 2024 election. DOJ prosecutor Jack Smith, who led the investigation, resigned this week.

Sunny Hostin is fighting back against an insurance company that accused her husband of insurance fraud.

“The View” co-host and her husband, Dr. Emmanuel Hostin, threatened a lawsuit seeking $5 million against the insurance company.

In court documents, obtained by Page Six, American Transit Insurance Company sued Dr. Hostin for allegedly committing federal insurance fraud by filing fraudulent claims.

In a letter seen by Page Six, Hostin’s lawyer Mark Geragos called the lawsuit against Dr. Hostin “completely baseless and without any factual support.” He said the Hostins threatened to countersue for $5 million if the plaintiffs don’t withdraw the suit.

Geragos called the lawsuit’s accusations “false and defamatory allegations.”

Sunny Hostin made blog headlines after the insurance company filed a lawsuit against Dr. Hostin and 200 other individuals in New York.

The lawsuit alleges that the doctor “knowingly provided fraudulent medical and other healthcare services including arthroscopic surgeries.”

The suit alleged that Dr. Hostin saw 2 car accident patients who had minor “soft tissue injuries.” But Dr. Hostin allegedly filed claims for arthroscopic surgery on both patients.

Additionally the doctor is accused of billing American Transit “in exchange for kickbacks and/or other compensation which were disguised as dividends or other cash distributions,” according to the suit.

But Mark Geragos hit back in a letter, accusing the company of “unscrupulous tactics,” and warned that “Dr. Hostin and his family will not be intimidated.”

The letter further accuses the insurance company of waging “a public media smear campaign in the press to harass and defame Dr. Hostin, his wife and their children by attempting to weaponize his wife’s celebrity.”

The Hostins have 2 children together. Sunny Hostin earned her law degree from Notre Dame Law School. And she previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Washington, D.C.

Naomi Osaka reversed her first round loss at last year’s Australian Open with a victory over Caroline Garcia of France on Monday. But the tennis star had something more important weighing heavy on her mind.

The single mom admitted she struggled to focus on the tennis match while disaster is just a few blocks from her front door back home in California.

While other stars have lost everything in the fires, Naomi thought about the one keepsake she could save that meant the most to her.

Naomi, 27, revealed she sent a friend to her house to save her daughter’s birth certificate. Naomi’s daughter, Shai, was born in July 2023. She travels everywhere with her mom. Naomi parted ways with Shai’s father, aspiring rapper Cordae, in 2024.

“It is really difficult for me. I think it’s tougher now because I find my home is more of a home because I have memories with my daughter,” she said. “There’s so many things, keepsakes and stuff like that. Obviously you can’t hoard them all when you’re asking them to go to your house and just grab stuff.”

She continued: “So it is really tough in that sense. I’m not there, so I don’t know how bad it is or how bad it’s going to get. But I think the biggest thing that I am grateful for is that everyone in my family is safe.”

Naomi won’t go back to Los Angeles if she loses her home in the wildfires. She said she will stay in Australia and hopefully win the tennis tournament.

“I don’t think I’ll go back to LA immediately after. I don’t feel like it’s safe enough to go back there. It’s kind of a little bit in a limbo, but also motivating me to hopefully stay here as long as I can.”

Naomi is among the celebrities concerned about losing their homes as wildfires ravage entire neighborhoods in Southern California.

The list of celebrities who lost their homes in the wildfires include Beyonce’s mom Tina Knowles, Lakers coach JJ Redick, Clippers star Kawhi Leonard, Jhene Aiko, Paris Hilton, Ricki Lake, Mel Gibson, DDG, Melissa Rivers, Anna Faris, Adrien Brody, Billy Crystal, John Goodman, Eugene Levy, Jeff Bridges, Candy Spelling, Hunter Biden, and more.

Don Lemon Slams Barack Obama’s ‘Cringy’ Chat with Donald Trump

Former news anchor Don Lemon is furious over the civility shown between Barack Obama and Donald Trump at Jimmy Carter’s memorial service.

Former President Obama and incoming President Trump behaved like good pals at the funeral — and that angered Lemon.

In a profanity-laced appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” on Friday, Don Lemon criticized Obama for being civil and polite to Trump.

The former CNN anchor said Obama could have shown civility without going overboard.

Lemon said Obama being civil to Trump in public “is not normal.” He added that people are tired of civility being normalized.

“You have to indicate to the American people that this is not normal,” Lemon explained. “Grinning with someone that you have called a fascist over the last couple of years and the last months. That’s not normal. Folks are tired of the behavior being normalized. Civility does not mean befriending people or forgoing your morals and your principles and your character.”

Lemon continued: “If someone disrespects my loved one, I don’t have to smile in their f***ing face! And they’re going to know it. If Ted Cruz can’t stand up for his wife that Donald Trump calls ugly, then who is he going to stand up for?”

Lemon commented on Trump supporters calling Barack’s wife, Michelle, a transgender.

“Now, listen, you guys could be, right? Barack Obama is a classy guy. But these are the very same MAGA people who have called — and Donald Trump has helped promote — calling Michelle Obama a man. I’m not smiling in your face if you’re calling my sister and my mother or my wife or my girlfriend, a man. F**k you!”

Beyoncé is giving back to her fans on the West Coast by donating $2.5 million to the Los Angeles Fire Relief Fund, it was announced in an Instagram post on Sunday.

The donation is specifically earmarked for disaster victims in the Altadena/Pasadena areas.

“Los Angeles we stand with you. The fund is earmarked to aid families in the Altadena/Pasadena area who lost their homes, and to churches and community centers to address the immediate needs of those affected by the wildfires,” the non-profit organization said.

The foundation asked for public donations to support their philanthropy efforts.

“To show your support for the impacted families and to learn more about BeyGOOD’s mission, please visit https://beygood.org,” the post continued.

At least 24 people are dead and more than 12,000 structures, including 10,000 homes, destroyed by the wildfires that began on Jan. 4 in the Palisades.

More than 150,000 people in Los Angeles County are under evacuation orders. More than 700 people have taken refuge in luxury hotels and nine shelters, officials said.

14,000 crews from 8 states, Canada, Mexico, and the Ukraine are on the ground battling the fires.

Mandatory evacuations are underway in the upscale Brentwood neighborhood of L.A. where NBA star LeBron James and Vice President Kamala Harris live.

Officials issued urgent evacuation orders as massive flames approached Brentwood.

“I pray this nightmare ends soon!” LeBron tweeted after returning to X (Twitter). The father-of-3 took a brief hiatus from X due to online bullying of his eldest son, Bronny James.

LeBron owns an eight-bedroom, eleven-bathroom mansion in Brentwood valued at $23 million.

The Lakers star is among those who heeded the warnings to evacuate. NBA star Kawhi Leonard lost his home in the wildfires last week. The NBA postponed home games due to the wildfires in the area. Games against the San Antonio Spurs at Crypto.com Arena and the L.A. Clippers’ game against the Charlotte Hornets at Intuit Dome have been postponed.

Kamala Harris has already evacuated her house, which was the site of a possible break-in over the weekend. Local authorities detained 2 men outside her house, but they were let go.

10,000 firefighters – some from as far away as Canada, Mexico and even the Ukraine – are on the ground helping to contain the wildfires.

At least 24 people are dead and over 15,000 structures, including 10,000 homes, destroyed by wildfires fueled by strong hurricane force winds. Officials believe some of the fires are caused by arson.

Director and playwright Tyler Perry had some choice words for “greedy” insurance companies.

The 55-year-old “Madea” star recalled watching an ER nurse hosing down her parents’ house. She told ABC7 News how their insurance was canceled after 75 years. Tyler vowed to help as many people as he can.

“People who have paid premiums all of their lives are left with nothing because of pure greed,” he wrote in a post on Instagram. “As I am in the process of trying to figure out what steps to take to do all I can to help as many as I can, I am keeping everyone in my prayers.”

An alleged arsonist who was detained by citizens for starting fires in Calabasas, California was released from custody. Homeowners confronted the man after he allegedly started a fire with a blowtorch and gasoline.

Surveillance video shows a group of people surrounding the man who holds a blowtorch and a yellow container of fuel. The residents detained the man until police arrived and arrested him.

Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman, whose sister lost her home in the fires, told News Nation’s Ashleigh Banfield that justice would be swift. Hochman said the suspected arsonist would face charges as high as homicide and he could be sentenced to life in prison.

However, the LAPD released the man with only a felony probation violation charge on Thursday.

An LAPD spokesperson said the man was released from custody because “there was not probable cause” to arrest him on suspicion of arson. The man’s name was not released.

Fueled by heavy winds, the Pacific Palisades wildfires spread rapidly over 15,000 acres, destroying over 10,000 structures. At least 10 people are confirmed dead.

More than 153,000 people are under evacuation orders. Property damage is estimated to be $52 billion. Entire neighborhoods have been wiped out.

“The best way to explain it is if you look around right now at your neighborhood and you think about waving at your neighbor and walking down your street – imagine in a 24-hour period all of that being gone,” said Nic Arnzen, Vice Chair of the Altadena Town Council.
