Singer Halle Bailey and her ex, rapper DDG were seen together for the first time since their split. Halle holds DDG’s arm in an awkward Thanksgiving video on TikTok. His body language says he would rather be anywhere else. But Halle smiles and appears to be grateful that he showed up.

Halle and DDG haven’t been seen together since they split months ago. According to a report, Halle scrubbed nearly all pics of her son’s father from her Instagram feed. DDG also unfollowed Halle.

DDG’s mother, Tonya followed in her son’s footsteps by unfollowing Halle on Instagram.

Halle, 24, and DDG, 27, share a toddler son named Halo.

Halle is best known as one half of the musical duo Chloe x Halle with her sister Chloe Bailey.

DDG is best known for dating Halle Bailey.

Halle caused controversy when she confirmed they were dating. Halle’s fans instantly disliked him because he publicly disrespected his ex-girlfriend Rubi Rose.

Halle and DDG co-parent their son together.

In September Halle publicly criticized DDG’s parenting skills when the rapper brought their son Halo on a livestream with Kai Cenat. She later apologized for lashing out at DDG.

Martin Lawrence’s daughter Jasmin and Eddie Murphy’s son Eric are engaged after dating for more than 3 years.

“11.27.2024. We’re engaged!!” they captioned an Instagram video on Saturday.

The couple shared a joint post on Instagram of the joyful moment when Eric popped the question.

“God truly blessed us with a love that feels like destiny. We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter ????. Special thank you to everyone who made this moment so beautiful!!”

In the video, Eric walked Jasmin into a room that was covered in white rose petals and lined with bouquets of white and light pink roses and lit candles.

As they walked down the rose-petal-covered aisle, the pair stood in front of a red heart before Eric pulled out a diamond ring and asked Jasmin to marry him.

Jasmin’s sister also shared the joyous news on Instagram. “So excited to spread the news that our family is getting BIGGER!” she wrote over their photo. “The emotions caught in this picture explain it all. I am so HAPPY for @jasmin_lawrence & @ericmurphy777 !!! I aspire to have a love as special as yours! I love you both immensely!! LETS GET YALL MARRIED!!!! [sic].”

Their fathers, Eddie and Martin, are good friends who starred in blockbuster movies together.

Murphy, who is a dad to 10 children, shares Eric with ex-girlfriend Paulette McNeely, while Lawrence shares Jasmin with his first ex-wife, Patricia Southall.

In June 2022, the “Martin” alum, 59, joked he was going to “try” to get Murphy, 63, to pay for their kids’ future wedding.

President Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter Biden after repeatedly denying he would do so in his final weeks as president.

Hunter was convicted on federal gun and tax fraud charges by separate juries in June and September 2024. He was convicted on three felony tax evasion charges and six misdemeanor tax offenses for evading $1.4 million in taxes he owed for 2016 through 2019.

As recently as last month, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Biden had no intentions of pardoning Hunter before leaving The White House.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Biden said in part, “Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter. From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted.”

The sweeping pardon covers any and all crimes Hunter may have committed from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.

The pardon sent shockwaves through Washington, D.C. on Sunday. Democrats and the news media reacted strongly to Biden’s announcement.

“Hunter Biden joined the board of Burisma in 2014,” wrote conservative commentator Liz Wheeler. “By pardoning Hunter for any crimes he ‘may have committed’ from 2014-2024, Joe Biden is protecting his family’s criminal cartel. Wow.”

Wheeler suggested that Biden is protecting Hunter from Donald Trump’s new FBI director Kash Patel.

“Truly incredible that Joe Biden pardoned Hunter starting in 2014 — the year he was appointed a board member of Burisma,” wrote Greg Price. “You can’t make it up.”

A White House official denied rumors that Biden pardoned his son to shield him from any future FBI investigations led by Kash Patel.

“No – this is in response to what has already happened in this case, in which political pressure has resulted in a miscarriage of justice,” said the official.

A representative for President-elect Donald Trump suggested that the incoming president agrees with Biden’s pardon. Most fathers would do the same for their sons.

Kim is the only woman known to date an Optimus bot. She gave up on the male species after divorcing Kanye West, the father of her 4 children.

Tesla founder Elon Musk loaned Kim two more bots to help Optimus carry all the shopping bags.

Cell phone video taken by a bystander shows Optimus and his pals carrying their pre-Black Friday purchases through an upscale shopping mall in Los Angeles.

The bots made purchases with Kim’s credit cards at Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chanel and Tiffany’s Fine Jewelry.

As you know, Kim paid $30,000 to be one of the first Americans with her very own Optimus bot. The two have been inseparable, even going out on a date recently.

The Optimus Bot made its debut during Tesla’s “We, Robot” event in October, where the robots interacted with attendees such as rapper 2 Chainz, who placed an order for his own robot on the spot.

Kim shared images to her Instagram Story and X (Twitter) that show her out on a date with her robot. One image shows the pair returning from their date in a Tesla Cybertruck.

Another image shows them holding hands. In one video, the SKIMS founder and Optimus Bot joined hands to make the heart symbol.

In a caption Kim wrote, “meet my new friend,” as they made the heart gesture with their hands and the bot showed off some dance moves. The robot even mimicked jogging after Kim asked it what it would like to do next.

Sean Combs spent his first Thanksgiving behind bars after a judge denied his third request for bail. Judge Arun Subramanian rejected Combs’ $50 million bond proposal on Wednesday, Nov. 27.

The NY Post’s Page Six obtained the Thanksgiving menu for inmates at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

According to Page Six, the music mogul’s breakfast consisted of fruit, breakfast cake and cereal with skim milk.

For lunch he had a choice of turkey roast and mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce and dinner rolls, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

For dinner Combs had the option of turkey roast with vegetables, or hot and sour tofu, 2 dinner rolls with margarine, as well as assorted holiday pies and a beverage.

The dinner menu also featured 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on whole wheat bread, fruit and potato chips for those who don’t eat turkey.

Prosecutors claimed Combs paid 8 other inmates to use their phone privileges. He also used a banned app to make phone calls to people he should not be talking to.

The feds insisted Combs was a danger to witnesses and his accusers.

The government also said Combs used his social media influence to sway the jury pool by posting a video of his children wishing him a happy birthday.

Combs’ legal team asked the judge to place him on house arrest at his luxury three bedroom apartment overlooking Central Park on the Upper East Side.

They argued that the apartment would be more restrictive than the jail because he would be monitored by security 24/7.

But the judge denied the motion for bail, citing “serious risk of witness tampering” as a factor in his decision.

Combs, 55, has been locked up since his September arrest at a hotel in Manhattan. Combs flew to New York a week earlier to turn himself in.

Sources say Combs believed he would be released on bond if he turned himself in.

Now Combs’ fans say he should have flown to Bali, Indonesia where his friend Russell Simmons is hiding out after multiple women accused him of sex crimes.

Bali is a safe haven because Indonesia does not have an extradition treaty with the United States.

Combs’ celebrity pals who don’t trust the U.S. government have already fled the U.S. for safe haven in other countries.

Rapper 2 Chainz is upset that his friends and family failed to show up for his annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway on Tuesday. 2 Chainz and his family handed out frozen turkeys outside his Esco Restaurant in Atlanta.

2 Chainz held up a cardboard sign with the words “Free Turkeys” scribbled on it. He handed out turkeys to people in cars, on city buses, and even a garbage truck driver.

But 2 Chainz was disappointed that his friends didn’t turn out to support him. Particularly after fellow rapper T.I. held his star-studded annual turkey giveaway on the same day in Atlanta.

In a video reposted by 9MagTV on Nov. 26, 2 Chainz expressed his disappointment. He said his friends and family who didn’t show up are the same ones begging him for money and favors.

“People ask me for favors all the time, ask me for money all the time,” he said, “and y’all can’t even pop up to help me help other people. So now I’m working for you. I’m out here grinding, giving my money to help you ’cause you can’t get your hustle together. Or I’m helping the unfortunate and you one of the unfortunate, but you ain’t even gonna come by. I’m just sitting here thinking, man, y’all got to leave me the f-ck alone for a minute for real. It’s really ni**as that just need to just think about that man. What else was you doing?”

2 Chainz is known for his generosity and giving back to his community. The rap mogul recently donated a minivan to a family who lost their home in a fire. He also provides back-to-school supplies to children annually.

In an emotional pre-Thanksgiving video, Bishop T.D. Jakes thanked his supporters after he fell ill during a sermon on Sunday at his mega church in Dallas, Texas.

Jakes suffered an unexplained incident on stage at his Potter’s House Church. At the end of an hour-long sermon, the exhausted bishop told his parishioners, “I still love to preach, I ain’t tired of preaching.”

His body swayed and he appeared to shake slightly as women in the church spoke in tongues. Jakes’ security team and medical staff rushed to the stage and surrounded him.

Someone posted a clip of Jakes calling his wife a “good woman” before he collapsed. “That’s what a good woman looks like,” Jakes said while pointing at Serita Jakes.

In the latest video posted on his Instagram account on Wednesday, Jakes is sitting in a wheelchair in front of a hospital.

“I’m so grateful. So grateful to y’all,” he said to his nurses and his supporters. In the video caption, Jakes said he did not suffer a stroke, but he didn’t explain what happened.

Jakes wrote in the caption: “Serving God’s people is an extraordinary privilege, and Sunday was no exception as I gave my all in delivering the message God placed on my heart. Even when I sensed the weight of my humanity and pushed through nonetheless, I’m reminded that even the strongest must rely on His strength.”

He continued: “I give thanks unto the Lord that I did not have a stroke, however the event could’ve been fatal if it weren’t for God’s intervention. A special thank you to God and the medical professionals in our city whose speed and expertise were beyond exceptional. My job is to recuperate and reflect on God’s protection. I owe it to my amazing family and church members to rest and ruminate as He restores me towards His service. As God calls us to honor the Sabbath, I’m reminded that rest is not a weakness – it is a divine gift.”

Vice President Kamala Harris addressed her supporters for the first time since conceding the election to Donald Trump three weeks ago.

In a pre-Thanksgiving message on Tuesday, Nov. 26, Harris told her supporters, “I just have to remind you, don’t you ever let anybody take your power from you.”

She continued: “You have the same power that you did before November 5th, and you have the same purpose that you did. And you have the same ability to engage and inspire. So don’t ever let anybody or any circumstance take your power from you.”

Harris vacationed in Hawaii with her family and aides after the election. She reemerged on Tuesday night to thank her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz, and her supporters.

“You have the same power that you did before November 5. And you have the same purpose that you did,” Harris said in the nearly 10-minute video.

“And you have the same ability to engage and inspire. So don’t ever let anybody or any circumstance take your power from you.”

Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff are preparing to move out of the Naval Observatory in Washington DC that was their home for the last 4 years.

As for her next move politically, Harris is considering another run for the presidency in 2028. She is also considering running for governor of California.

“She doesn’t have to decide if she wants to run for something again in the next six months,” one former campaign aide told Politico.com. “The natural thing to do would be to set up some type of entity that would give her the opportunity to travel and give speeches and preserve her political relationships.”

The Los Angeles Lakers dismissed Bronny James from the roster and sent him down to the G-League full-time. The curious move came after NBA legend Charles Barkley roasted the Lakers for pampering the eldest son of LeBron James.

On Wednesday the Lakers announced the rookie guard is assigned full-time to the South Bay Lakers. That means Bronny won’t play in Lakers games with his father any time soon.

Bronny has been missing in action since former NFL player Ryan Clark badmouthed Bronny for refusing to travel to away games with the South Bay Lakers.

“What Has Bronny James Earned?,” Clark (pictured left) tweeted. “What has Bronny James done where he should be too good to fly commercial?,” Clark said during his podcast “The Pivot”.

“You don’t get treated differently because of your parents. You get treated differently because of your ability to contribute,” Clark added.

Charles Barkley was more blunt. “The kid is not ready to play in the NBA. He should be in the G League, so he can play basketball,” Barkley said during a recent appearance on the Bettor Angle podcast.

Barkley criticized the Lakers and LeBron James for coddling Bronny. “They’ve handled it awful,” Barkley said. “I thought it was great, a little ceremony his first game. But the kid is not ready to play in the NBA.”

“He should be in the G League, so he can play basketball,” Barkley added. “He’s not going to get better sitting on the bench. This thing where he’s only gonna play home games? It’s stupid. It’s not fair to him. It’s not fair to the team. Can you imagine the coach of that team?”

Barkley said Bronny’s refusal to play away games isn’t fair to his G League teammates or his coach.

“You come off a road trip and there’s a player you ain’t seen in a week or two. And then you feel like you probably gotta play him. I don’t think they’re doing Bronny any favors and they just handled this thing really bad. It’s a bad look for the Lakers and I honestly think — I really like everything LeBron’s done — this is a bad look for him, in my opinion,” he said.

Bronny made his G-League debut earlier this month. The team is 2-4 on the season.
