Sean Combs’ Accusers Can’t Remain Anonymous, Judge Rules

A Manhattan judge has ruled a woman who sued Sean Combs for sëxual assault can’t remain anonymous.

The “Jane Doe” who accused Combs of r@ping her two decades ago must reveal her identity, U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ruled on Wednesday, Oct. 30.

Doe, a Tennessee resident, said Combs r@ped her and threatened her life at a Manhattan hotel in 2004, when she was 19.

Judge Vyskocil said “the balance of interests at stake weighs strongly” against Jane Doe.

The judge’s decision could affect dozens of civil lawsuits filed against the music mogul by people who claim they were drugged and assaulted by Combs decades ago.

Nearly all of the lawsuits were filed anonymously.

Doe’s lawyers argued that filing anonymously is justified because the accusations were highly sensitive. The lawyers claim she could face physical and mental harm if she’s named. They claim Combs’ alleged violent behavior “created the very conditions” that justified anonymity.

Sean Combs has been in federal custody since his arrest on sëx crimes charges in September. Over 120 people have come forward accusing him of sëxually assaulting them.

Combs has pleaded not guilty and denied wrongdoing in the civil cases.

In another recent lawsuit, a woman claims she was 13 when Combs drugged her at a party. She said he watched as another male celebrity r@ped her while a female star looked on. She didn’t name the other 2 celebrities.

And an anonymous accuser claims he was only 10 when Combs drugged him and r@ped him at a hotel.

Combs’ criminal trial on the federal charges is scheduled for May 5, 2025.

Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz have called off their engagement and parted ways after 3 years together.

Multiple sources confirmed the breakup to PEOPLE. Sources say the Batman actress and Magic Mike actor have called off their engagement. No reason for the breakup was given.

The couple met on the set of Blink Twice in 2021, and Kravitz was impressed when he acted as her protector.

“Whether it was making me tea or pouring me a drink or going to whip someone into shape or whatever — he really was my protector and it was really wonderful and sweet,” she explained.

Tatum popped the question in 2023. He gave her a 7-carat ring worth an estimated $550,000, according to Laura Taylor, jeweler at Lorel Diamonds.

Elon Musk has a message for Americans: brace for higher cost of living as he cuts spending as a member of Donald Trump’s cabinet.

With less than a week before the presidential election (Nov. 5), Musk says Trump’s plans to cut spending as President would likely include “temporary hardship” for Americans.

At a virtual town hall event on Friday (Oct. 25) on X.com, the multi-billionaire Tesla boss said he is “praying for a victory” for Trump, so he can begin cutting federal spending.

The U.S deficit topped $1.8 trillion in 2024, according to CNBC.

Trump has said he will appoint Musk to his White House cabinet to help him balance the budget.

Musk says government spending is out of control and the U.S. has to get back on track so every American can afford a Tesla down the road.

But righting the ship will cause more hardship for Americans who are already struggling to pay their bills.

“We have to reduce spending to live within our means,” Musk said. “And, you know that necessarily involves some temporary hardship, but it will ensure long-term prosperity.”

“There is so much government waste that it’s kind of like being in a room full of targets, like you can’t miss — you fire in any direction you’re going to hit a target.”

He added: “Everyone’s going to have to take a haircut… we can’t be a wasteful …we need to live honestly,” Musk said.

Megan Thee Stallion has sued blogger Milagro Gramz for purposely spreading false information online.

The lawsuit was filed in Florida on Tuesday, Oct. 29, naming Milagro Elizabeth Cooper as the defendant. Milagro runs the popular @MobzWorld account on X (formerly Twitter).

Megan (real name Megan Pete) accused Milagro of “churning out falsehoods” about the Tory Lanez case. Additionally, the lawsuit accused the blogger of sharing a deepfake pornographic video of Megan, cyberstalking and accusing the Houston rapper of having a drinking problem.

Milagro also allegedly questioned Megan’s “mental status” and referred to her as an “angry Black woman.”

Megan’s lawsuit calls Milagro’s conduct “outrageous, as to go beyond all bounds of decency and to be regarded as odious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.”

Spiro is asking for “compensatory damages, punitive damages, statutory damages, attorney’s fees, costs, interest and all other damages.”

“Of course we’ll chat about it,” Milagro wrote on X. “Countersuit gone go crazy.”

In December 2023, Lanez was convicted of shooting Megan in both feet after a party in Calabasas, California on July 12, 2020. The Canadian rapper was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Last week, Megan’s legal team threatened to sue bloggers for spreading misinformation after a report claimed that Tory Lanez won an appeal.

The false rumor, first reported by Instagram blogger DJ Akademiks, claimed Lanez won his appeal and his conviction was overturned.

Megan’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, told Complex that Lanez is “spinning his wheels” in prison.

“He can continue spinning his wheels and spinning up these nonsense bloggers from jail all he wants but it’s not going to go anywhere,” Spiro said.

“Misinformation isn’t gonna be an issue in the court of law where he was convicted and remains convicted and incarcerated,” Spiro added. “The fact that he has nonsense bloggers continuing to spin up garbage, we’re going to take legal action.”

Their seemingly happy life unraveled after Jackson wrote a social media post criticizing a dress she wore to an Usher concert. He reminded her that she was a mother now – and Palmer took offense.

Then she accused him of beating her and endangering their son.

After court-ordered mediation, Palmer and Jackson settled on a joint custody agreement.

Looking back on the relationship, she writes, “I wish I could say he was terrible the entire time or that I was … but it wasn’t that black-and-white and that was the problem.” She continues, “I didn’t want my son to think his father is a monster, because I don’t.”

Palmer said “having a baby was a big stressor,” on them, as was her fame. “Not just with my romantic relationships, but with family and friends, [fame has] always become a burden. Too many voices get in. It can make everybody else not trust you. It’s hard to explain.”

Michelle Obama spoke at a rally in Michigan on Saturday (October 26) to support Presidential candidate Kamala Harris. The former first lady was nearly in tears as she opened up about the “debilitating” effects of menopause.

Obama, 60, described suffering with “excruciating cramps and days of nausea.”

“Every month, far too many of us experience excruciating cramps and days of nausea. As we struggle through menopause, crippling hot flashes, and depression, too many women my age are unaware of what’s happening to our bodies,” she said.

Mrs. Obama also addressed the men in the crowd and urged them to vote for Harris who is pro-abortion.

She said men should support women’s health and she warned that women’s lives “would be in danger” if Donald Trump returns to the White House.

“See, fellas, most of us women we suck up our pain and we deal with it alone. We don’t share our experiences with anyone, not partners, friends, or even doctors.”

“A woman’s body is a complicated business… it brings life and that is beautiful but even when we are not bearing children there is so much that can go wrong at any moment,” she continued.

Obama commented on the mysterious rise in turbo cancers affecting millions of Americans in recent years.

“Every woman here knows what I am talking about: an unexpected lump, an abnormal pap smear, a mammogram, an infection or blockage which all can be early signs of life-threatening cancers,” she said.

“In those terrifying moments, which will happen to the vast majority of women in the country, it feels like the floor falls out from under us.”

Mrs. Obama’s experience is different from women who don’t experience “excruciating cramps” or “days of nausea” during menopause. In fact, many women on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) are symptom-free.

Menopause is known as “the change” because it marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years. Menopause typically occurs between 45 to 55 as levels of female hormones (estrogen and progesterone) decrease. Perimenopause sometimes begins in a woman’s 30s. Menopause lasts 4-8 years or longer.

Signs and symptoms of menopause include hot flashes, brain fog, night sweats, mood swings, thinning hair, weight gain, low libido, depression, and vaginal dryness.

Talk to your doctor about hormones (estrogen and progesterone) that can relieve the signs and symptoms of menopause.

Other treatment options are available for women who diagnosed with cancer or women with a family history of cancer.

Pop singer Shawn Mendes addressed his sexuality in a recent song. Mendes is only known to date women during his career. But rumors have persisted that he’s into men on the down-low.

In an interview in 2016, Mendes made it clear that he was not down-low.

“First of all, I’m not gay. Second of all, it shouldn’t make a difference if I was or if I wasn’t. The focus should be on the music and not my sexuality,” he said at the time.

In October 2024, Mendes changed his attitude about his sexuality. He commented that he was “still figuring out” his sexuality at age 26.

Mendes’s frustrated fans say he’s too old to be still “figuring out” his sexuality. They suspect that he’s queer baiting or gay-for-pay — like some of his straight peers in the music industry.

Mendes addressed the ghey rumors again in his song, “The Mountain.”

“You can say I’m too young/You can say I’m too old/You can say I like girls or boys, whatever fits your mold.”

While writing the song, Mendes said he wanted to be in his truth.

“And I guess I’m just speaking freely now, because I just want to be able to be closer to everyone and just kind of be in my truth,” he said.

Mendes previously discussed rumors about his sexuality in a 2018 Rolling Stone interview. “I thought, ‘You f*****g guys are so lucky I’m not actually gay and terrified of coming out,'” he said at the time.

He continued: “That’s something that kills people. That’s how sensitive it is. Do you like the songs? Do you like me? Who cares if I’m gay?”

He also spoke about feeling the pressure to be seen out with women in order to prove he was “not gay.”

Mendes has dated model Hailey Bieber in 2017 and pop singer Camila Cabello from 2019-2021.

Mendes and Cabello got back together in early 2023, but they broke up a few months later. He also dated pop singer Sabrina Carpenter in 2023.

The pressure for Mendes to step out of the closet has been tremendous. He opened up about his anxiety in his song “In My Blood.”

He also booked sessions with a therapist.

Mendez said, “I spoke to a therapist a couple of times. Therapy is what works for you. Therapy is listening to music and running on the treadmill, therapy is going to dinner with your friends — it’s something that distracts you, that helps you heal and so it just depends on what you think therapy is. I made a conscious effort to be more connected to the people in my life. I found I was closing myself off from everybody, thinking that would help me battle it then realizing the only way I was going to battle it was completely opening up and letting people in.”

According to WWD, Ciara wore Vera Wang’s tuxedo dress when she attended the CFDA Fashion Awards at the American Museum of Natural History in New York on Monday.

Daniel Hernandez, the rapper known as Tekashi 6ix9ine or Tekashi69, was arrested on federal charges in New York on Tuesday.

Tekashi, 28, was arrested for a violation of his supervised release.

Tekashi previously pled not guilty to violating probation at least three times between Sept. 7 and Oct. 8.

The rapper is accused of leaving the Southern District of Florida without court permission to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada. He also failed to comply with mandatory weekly drug testing, and testing positive for methamphetamine.

Tekashi appeared before Manhattan Federal Judge Paul Engelmayer on Tuesday.

“You’re my judge. I don’t wanna be in front of you. I know how strict you are,” he said. “I know you’re very — a smart person — so I can’t stay here and lie to you.”

“I’ve been on probation for four and a half years. I’m coming down to my last six months,” Hernandez said. “What I wanna tell you, Judge Engelmayer… In the last six months, why would I mess up now?”

Tekashi’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, told the judge the rapper had not traveled to Las Vegas for criminal intent, arguing he went “to try and survive.”

“To try and survive?” Judge Engelmayer responded, sounding incredulous.

“To make money,” Lazzaro clarified.

Engelmayer remanded Hernandez to custody for at least 2 weeks until his next court hearing.

In 2018, Tekashi was charged with federal RICO and firearms charges, including conspiracy to murder and armed robbery. Tekashi accepted a plea deal to testify against Nine Trey Gangsta Blood members.

He was released from prison in 2020 and put on supervised probation.

Tekashi first became known for his guest performance on Trippie Redd’s 2017 single “Poles 1469”, followed by the release of his debut single, “Gummo” that same year.
