Anyway, I spoke with both Keyshia Cole and Young Jeezy by phone last night. Keyshia was in LA preparing for the Grammys and she wanted my readers to know the truth so check back for that post in a minute.

Good news for Beyonce fans: the Academy of the Recording Arts announced today that Beyonce and the legendary Tina Turner will perform an electrifying duet during the 50th Annual Grammy Awards this Sunday.
The Recording Academy has also announced an additional slew of performers for the ceremony, including Kid Rock, pianist Eldar, saxophonist Dave Koz and singer Keely Smith. They join previously slated acts like Fergie with John Legend, Rihanna, Josh Groban with Andrea Bocelli, Feist, Foo Fighters with John Paul Jones, Alicia Keys, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood, Aretha Franklin and Mary J. A member of the infamous Jena 6 is back in jail. Bryant R. Purvis, 19, who now lives in the Dallas area, was arrested and charged with one count of bodily injury during a fight at his high school, his mother said.
Purvis is being held without bond until a bond hearing this morning. The assault charge carries a penalty of one year in jail and a $4,000 fine.
Purvis and 5 other Jena, Louisiana high school students, made national news when they were arrested and charged with attempted murder for attacking a fellow high school student. The boys beat the victim unconscious and kicking him in the head while he lay defenseless on the ground.
“I wish he could just get in a place where he could walk away from the situation,” said Tina Jones, Purvis’ mother. “I understand he gets frustrated. But he needed to walk away from this situation, being that he’s already in a situation. It’s very frustrating and upsetting to have to go through so much.”
Purvis and another Jena 6 member attended the BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta last year drawing criticism from Jena 6 supporters.

Janet Jackson previewed her upcoming album “Discipline” at her official listening party at New World Stages, Stage 1 in New York yesterday. Invited guests were treated to a lavish buffet, open bar and stunning visuals including Janet herself who appeared near the end in a dominatrix style outfit complete with a corset tight enough to choke a horse.
Janet’s most notable quotable of the night was “I love love and I love sex.”

Comedian Chris Rock almost broke his neck trying to take in Rihanna‘s beauty at Madonna’s benefit gala at the United Nations in New York on Wednesday. Celebs in the house included Madonna, Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou, Gwyneth Paltrow, Dita Von Teese, Zoe Kravitz, Ben Foster and Drew Barrymore, among others.
Hopefully Zoe Kravitz (Lenny’s daughter) asked Rihanna for the number to her stylist.
