No more partying with strippers for Kwame for at least 4 months:

In the end, Kwame Kilpatrick went to jail today showing no remorse, shaking his head as a judge brutally recounted his crimes, smiling at family and friends, even clowning with the prosecutors who helped put him behind bars.

The normally effusive ex-mayor also uncharacteristically passed on the opportunity to speak, declining Wayne County Circuit Judge David Groner’s invitation to exercise his right to address the court. When Kilpatrick did talk, it was to his family and friends, who crowded into the basement courtroom in the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice.

“Ya’ll take it easy,” the 38-year-old convicted felon told them with a wave, eliciting cheers of support as deputies led him away to be fingerprinted, photographed and placed in cell 14J-4 at the Wayne County Jail, where he will spend the next 120 days. (Source)

I was just watching the news and I heard the judge telling the ppl in the court room to be quiet. Someone said “we are in recess we don’t have to be quiet”. The ppl were telling him to be strong and we love you.

Kwame got more than 120 day jail stay. He has to pay $1 mill in restitution and give up his law license. What kind of job is he going to get when he gets out? His wife will leave him. I read the steamy sex text messages and I don’t care if they were from 2003 his wife would have to have thick enough skin to stand by her man after everyone knows he not only cheated on her with his childhood school friend but also cheated on the mistress. Do woman in Detroit find Kwame so irresisrable that they don’t mind sharing him? Do woman not have sex toy parties anymore? LOL.

I am from Detroit (born and raised) and I was always a Kwame supporter. I havent lived in Detroit since I went away to college but I always talk to family and friends who are still in the area. This 120 days that we has to serve is not the only problem he has. The lawyer of the stripper that was killed is still trying to investigate him in civil court and so is the 2 detectives that say he assaulted them. He also has more and more text messages coming out. As for Christine Beatty (his jumpoff) she is awaiting her trial and facing 15 years (I think). They released new text messages of hers last week and they were really really freaky. I see why he liked her so much. I hope when he gets out he is able to get his life together. They took his law license so I dont know how they think he is going to be able to pay the city back 1 million dollars.

Mammas now and days don’t play that. There are much more single moms now than then. Even back then when fathers were in the household moms to me were still single parents because most dads went to work came home to eat dinner and went out for the rest of the night. I did not realize the pic was from yesterday. I think she is happy his ass is getting locked up so she can do her thing(she knows where he will be for the next 120 days lol). Also being everyone knows about the affairs maybe she thinks she finally has him all to herself because no one else is going to want him when he gets out.
