Video: Teen Attacks School Bus Driver
You’ve probably already seen this very graphic video of a troubled 16-year-old boy beating the brakes off a female school bus driver who had ordered him to sit down for his own safety.
The boy is black and the bus driver is white. The incident took place last Tuesday in Kalamazoo, Michigan where other racially charged incidents have recently occurred.
The victim was a substitute bus driver transporting special needs high school students with emotional and behavioral problems.
The boy’s father said the bus driver “provoked” his son by tapping the brakes and throwing him off balance. In the video, the boy is seen losing his balance as the bus driver taps the brakes. He then warns her, “I’m not the one to play with, I’ll knock your old a** out.” The boy claims to have blacked out just prior to assaulting the driver.
The bus driver suffered a broken hand, burst blood vessels in both eyes, cuts, swelling and contusions in the face area and six stitches in her lip.
The youth’s mother later defended him, saying her son was bi-polar and schizophrenic with no history of violence.
But Newschannel 3 found five prior assault charges on the juvenile’s criminal record.
The teen is currently being held on $5,000 bond at a juvenile detention facility.

T.I. gave one last unforgettable performance at his Club Crucial in Atlanta on Friday night during a brief break in his Farewell Tour.
To accommodate the overflow crowds, a stage was set up outside in the parking lot.
As T.I. gave his all onstage, rapper Shawty Lo, with whom T.I. had words in the past. emerged from the shadows and approached T.I. with his hand extended. Both men embraced and shook hands as the audience went wild! And with that, the senseless beef was squashed for good.
Upon hearing that the two warring rappers had finally settled their differences, V-103′s Ryan Cameron of Atlanta’s top-rated Ryan Cameron Show said, “It’s about time! They’re too old for that!”
Also in the house were T.I.’s fiancee Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, rapper Killa Mike, V-103′s Greg Street, and the Grand Hustle family.

Sean Combs Backs Away From Chrianna Mess
According to Page Six, Sean Combs now contends he had no idea that woman beater Chris Brown was setting up an elaborate publicity stunt to reconcile with Rihanna at Sean’s Miami crib.
Combs now feels duped and hoodwinked by Brown’s high powered PR flacks who used Sean’s name and home in a failed bid to repair CB’s much-maligned image. So he’s backing away from Brown with the quickness.
This is a good thing because once Sean Combs stops co-signing the woman beater, others in the industry will follow suit and Chris Brown will be black balled in the industry.

Kandi Burrus Added To Cast of ATL Housewives
As you know, the well-respected DeShawn Snow was booted out of the cast for the second season of the Real Housewive’s of Atlanta. The first season of ATL Housewive’s was Bravo’s 2nd highest rated show in the ‘Housewives’ franchise behind Orange County.
The main reason for the show’s success was the hot mess of a cast led by NeNe Leakes, who I heard has signed another short-term lease for a mansion just for this season.
After DeShawn was dismissed for not being ghetto enough, rumors swirled about her replacement.
Well, those rumors have been laid to rest now. Hollywood Insider announced exclusively that former Xscape member Kandi Burrus will fill that role. On the surface, Kandi seems to be an odd fit for this cast because her life seems drama-free. Kandi is well-respected in the industry as a songwriter with 56 million records sold.
But it makes sense when you consider that Kandi is set to be wed this month to a guy whose life is full of drama. According to my source, he has 6 children who he’s not supporting financially. Kandi also has a daughter with Block of Block Entertainment.
Back in January a source close to Tameka “Tiny” Cottle informed me that Tiny would be attending Kandi’s wedding in March or April. At the time I tried to do a little research on Kandi’s fiance, but I came up with nothing. So I forgot about them until today when I received the following email.
I know some of it is true, but I’m still blanking out names just in case they’re innocent.

Medical Minute: Boxer’s Fracture
Rapper Common and his bride-to-be, tennis superstar Serena Williams were spotted out & about shopping in NYC yesterday (3/6).
In this picture, Common appears to have what we in the medical field refer to as a “boxer’s fracture” of his left hand. Although the term boxer’s fracture is misnamed because boxers are trained to punch straight on to avoid these types of amateur injuries.
This injury occurs when a man throws an awkward roundhouse punch at a wall or door in a fit of rage — usually during a heated argument with his wife or girlfriend.
The punch is delivered hard enough to fracture the metacarpal bone of the pinky finger — and to leave a rather large hole in a door or wall.
Men who are raised by their moms (or aunties) to be respectful to women usually suffer this type of injury. That’s because they know that real men take out their frustrations on inanimate objects (like punching bags) rather than on a woman’s face.
