Audio: T.I. fires Alfamega?
I don’t know if the audio below is really T.I.’s voice or not. But Worldstar Hip Hop says it is T.I. speaking on terminating his artist Alfamega from the Grand Hustle family after secret DEA documents leaked by The Smoking Gun showed Alfa worked as an informant for the DEA. T.I. fired Alfamega for not disclosing his past history with the DEA.
Personally, I like Alfamega. He’s a cool dude who stayed down for T.I. throughout all of his legal troubles. I had hoped that T.I. would ride for his loyal artist, but I guess there is no loyalty among thugs.

Isn’t this the same guy they are saying is in the hospital because someone just tried to kill when when the Smoking Gun broke the story that he was a former informant. Dang, it’s getting deep for dude.
I’m a bit disappointed IF T.I did fire him. The same person talking about giving people a second chance is so worried about how Alfamega’s previous snitching will do to him he just drops him. Give him a desk job or one WAY out of the spotlight.

From my understanding he fired him because he felt he may have been the one to snitch on him…but I think it’s alos to take the heat off of himself(T.I). Smoking Gun should have never have done this. The worse thing you can ever be is a snitch in the hood..they just signed this guys death certificate and are too naive to know it
2bme…..It ain’t the Smoking Gun’s fault…….It’s public record….I checked out TIP’s plea agreement online for myself………He felt like Alfa should have let him known from day one what was up……
I agree with goat76. Alfamega should have been upfront about his past. He may be a part of why T.I. was investigated. Who knows?

I agree I think T.I is taking a second look and trying to figure out if he snitched on him. And jsut some info T.I didn’t snitch on any one it is public record. TI took full responsibility for the guns the plea deal was the fact that they didn’t want to put T.I in jail they used his status to show that a “bad guy” can be “good again” Read the whole Smoking Gun Story they even have TI’s deal he didn’t snitch.
it has nothing to do with alfa snitching on tip thats his meal ticket snitching would only make things harder for alfa being an artist on his label. it has everything to do with the image that was being created for alfa. he is “grand hustles muscle” and the worst thing you could be labeled in hiphop is a snitch and being that he really did cop a plea as an informant it would have been impossible to market him after that
I think its a messed up situation all the way around. Yeah its messed up that Alfamega snitched in his past, but at the same time, I think its extremely callous for Tip to drop him from his professional AND personal duties. He’s probably just trying to save face, but I kinda feel bad for Alfa… I mean his life is pretty much ruined. He’s back to nothing… He should just move … far, far away!

this was damage control. Ti is suspected of snitching to get his sweet heart deal, so he fires the snitch to get the heat off of him…… you know TI a felon, caught with a boat load of guns gets yr n fed prison and yr of house arrest…..a friend of mine was in a situation like this and he was looking a 5 yrs for each gun and he had 7. he will tell you 35 yrs in prison is no joke, he did 7 months so i think he did some telling as well.
