B’s camp has announced that there will be 1,000 tickets priced at $20 a pop for each date on her North American tour!

Fans of Beyowulf can purchase the cheapie tix via Ticketmasterbeginning Friday morning.

Is Miz Knowles gifting her fans with affordable tickets because she’s feeling generous or because they weren’t selling otherwise??

who has 100.00 to spend on her anyway? i work at a place where we have concerts, plays and comedy shows quite frequently and even artist are taking a hit due to the economy. people bringing the acts to town try to jack the ticket prices up then end up cancelling due to poor sales. first they need to look at the market and album sales. if they didnt sell alot of albums in a region……no reason to bring them there.

This is a sign of the recession. She is trying to take care of all of her folks that can’t afford to see her. I know that she is doing this in Houston for sure, I wasn’t sure she was doing it everywhere. I hate that I can’t get one. I will see her at Essence and I am sure that ticket will be way more than 20.

Have you ever seen a Beyonce show? That girls works it on stage and deserves every penny she gets. Also let’s not be so silly as to assume that Beyonce gets all the money from these shows. Several people are paid off these concerts.

Beyonce’s job is to entertain. I’ve seen her in concert and she DOES work. Why should she take less than what she is worth? So what that she is a celebrity and has money – should she not make more? Name one person, no matter how much they have, that doesn’t want to add to the stack?

Even if this tour is an epic fail for her (is that the new hip term?) she STILL has dough to spare, roll around in or wipe her booty with so…does EPIC FAILURE really mean anything?

Disclaimer – A Beyonce fan, but not a fanatic CAPPER as Mizz Dallas says. Nothing she does affects me, so I don’t care if she charges 100 or 1000 for a concert. Either you can afford to go and do or you can’t and don’t.
