Chris Bosh Wants His 2-Year-old To Watch Him Play in the NBA Finals
Poor Chris Bosh had unprotected sex for 3 minutes two years ago, and now he has to deal with a hateful, vindictive bitter bish for the next 18 years. Why don’t men think before they leap into these gold digging groupies without protection?
There must be a defective gene in men that prevents them from seeing a gold digger’s true motives.
Bosh, whose Miami Heat lost another nail biter to the Dallas Mavericks in game 4 of the NBA Finals last night, is asking a judge to force his baby mama, Alison Mathis, to allow his 2-year-old daughter to watch him play.
According to TMZ, Bosh and Mathis are locked in a bitter custody dispute — and while they hash out a permanent solution, they are currently abiding by a temporary court-ordered arrangement in which they share custody. It just so happens that Mathis has custody of the baby throughout the NBA Finals.
TMZ obtained an emergency motion filed with a Maryland court last week — asking the judge to temporarily alter their agreement so “[Bosh's daughter] is able to share in what, to date, is the pinnacle of Bosh’s professional career, and possibly a once in a lifetime opportunity.”
In the emergency motion, Bosh included an email that he sent to Mathis begging her to let the baby watch him play because he’s in the Finals for the first time in his career. “It’s very important to me to have the people closest and dear to my heart to be able to share these moments with me,” he wrote.
Maybe Mathis is bothered by the fact that she is not one of the people that Bosh considers closest and dear to his heart?

You have a VERY good point. But I cannot enjoy good “loving” when I’m worried about how my rent is getting paid (tried it.) And I’m a horrible friend to a man when I’m dragging along and supporting his azz and he can’t do anything for me (tried it as well.)

I agree with this whole-heartedly. I actually understand @saso’s passion about her perspective, but I also had to learn that nothing becomes of those ‘plans’ but further disappointment in the fact that money can be blinding. But in all fairness, some people are content with being financially secure and possibly lacking in other important and key areas that make a relationship/marriage thrive…
It doesn’t matter whether not he contested paternity, he was proven to be the father. He still deserves to be in his child’s life no matter what issue he and the mother have. We as women especially black women are also talking about how the fathers are not in their child’s life and how dead beat they are, but you have this particular man who wants to be with his daughter and have her to share in one of his once in a lifetime moments and I think in my opinion that it should be honored. At least he is not just sending money that child probably would never see. He sending money and spending time with her all at the same time. If I was the mother I would have responded to the email because best believe she is about to bit off more than she can chew, ie. Dwyane Wade….
well people walking around proud of LSLH need to check into their family trees. The LSLH in my family were so proud of their hazel/grey/green eyes. I checked into our back ground. and found at least 2 of my ancestors were coerced by white men into liasons in order to survive or protect family members. A lot of times it wasn’t pretty.

I don’t think she is a gold digger per se- she’s bitter. Her father was a reputable entertainment/sports attorney- is it safe to say she came from a little money. Chris signed a $65 million contract with Raptors while they were together in 2006- he dropped her for a stripper in 2009. If I was her I would be glad to take his money and he can kick rocks on trying to appeal to my emotions. He left her pregnant and broke in a foreign country to pursue a stripper with his nose wide open.
