Drake ft. Rihanna – Take Care

Drake’s much anticipated album, Take Care, leaked over the weekend. The title cut, “Take Care”, featuring Rihanna it is something of a disappointment.
Drake tweeted a message pretending not to be aware that the album is all over the Internet. Or maybe his camp leaked it.
“I am not sure if the album leaked. But if it did thank god it doesn’t happen a month early anymore. Listen, enjoy it, buy it if you like it…and take care until next time.”
Meanwhile, Rihanna, who is recovered from her bout with alcohol poisoning in Sweden where the alcohol content of liquor is much more potent than in America, tweeted pics of herself and her staff choosing album song tracks for her upcoming album. If you’re into album track listing (I’m not sure why anyone cares about song names), the list is below the cut.

The 6th annual Black Girls Rock 2011! Awards in New York aired on BET last night. The show was hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross (‘Reed Between The Lines’) and Regina King. Beverly Bond (pictured above) is the creator and executive producer. The show is based on her non-profit organization titled BLACK GIRLS ROCK! Inc.

Kim Kardashian Meets with Kris Humphries and their pastor
Did you really believe TMZ when they said Kim Kardashian was going to sit her azz down somewhere until the media circus surrounding her divorce from Kris Humphries died down? She wouldn’t be a narcissist if she took a seat out of the public eye. Kim was spotted leaving a home in Minnesota after meeting with her soon to be ex. Kim flew to Minnesota early Saturday supposedly to meet with Kris and their pastor about their pending divorce.
According to Radaronline.com, there’s a provision in their pre-nup that calls for Kim to pay Kris for the value of her wedding ring in the event of their divorce. If you listen to Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, the wedding ring is worth less than half of what everyone thinks it’s worth. Others in the know say Kim received the wedding ring for free as part of the TV deal with her show’s producers.
Folie à deux Relationships (madness shared by two)
Loyal reader FLHoneybee writes in to give her analysis of the psychology behind the relationship of two S. Carolina sociopaths who were each sentenced to life without parole for beating a 3-year-old girl to death.
FLHoneybee is correct when she says one of the women was the dominant partner (Shanita Cunningham), while the other partner just went along and followed her lead (Erica Butts).
But she is incorrect in assuming that Erica Butts was just as much a victim as 3-year-old Serenity Richardson.
Just because one murderous partner is meek (or even felt intimidated) doesn’t make her any less complicit in the crime. They both took part. They are both psychopaths.
There is a term for women who intentionally seek out bad asses for relationships (‘hoodrat’ quickly comes to mind). But seriously, the term is “Folie à deux”.
Folie à deux is French for “madness shared by two”. In psychology circles it is referred to as shared psychosis or shared psychotic disorder. It simply means that each woman had it in her to be a murderer — but they were too cowardly to do it alone.
The child murderers, Leopold and Loeb, is one famous case that is often cited as an example of folie à deux where one dominant partner influences the other to kill.
Like Cunningham and Butts, the men were also homosexual lovers and each were sentenced to life in prison.
2 Lesbians Fall Out in Court After Each Received Life for Beating Toddler to Death (video)
Two South Carolina women collapsed in court moments after learning they would spend the rest of their lives in prison for the beating death of a 3-year-old girl left in their care.
Erica Mae Butts and her lesbian lover Shanita Latrice Cunningham, both 25, were charged with homicide by child abuse in the death of 3-year-old Serenity Richardson, who died in their care on Nov. 3, 2009. They each received a life sentence from a Charleston Judge on Thursday.
The two women collapsed in hysterics as the screams of their family members pierced the courtroom. The defendants were wheeled from court by Charleston County Courthouse officials. Butts’s mother was forcibly removed from the courtroom after attempting to reach Erica who sat on the floor hyperventilating and moaning.
In 2009, Butts told police that she whipped the little girl multiple times with a belt after the child urinated on the floor. Butts said Serenity hit her head more than once while falling in the bathroom, the affidavit says.
The autopsy report shows the girl died from multiple, full-body trauma, including bruises on her head, chest, back, legs, arms and abdominal area.
“It is nearly impossible for words to accurately describe what these women did to that poor little girl,” said Elizabeth Gordon, assistant managing solicitor for Charleston County.
“They beat her repeatedly both with a belt and with plastic coat hangers. You can see the outlines of the strikes on this child’s body. There is not one area of this child’s body that was unharmed except for the soles of her feet.”
Kim Kardashian is so “distraught” she can’t function
A somber looking Kim Kardashian was spotted at the Australia airport earlier today with her sister, Khloe Kardashian, and brother-in-law, Lamar Odom. I wrote “somber looking” because we know it’s all an act.
According to TMZ, Kim is telling friends she is so “distraught” over the divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries that she can’t function.
Kim, who traveled to Australia to launch her handbag line one day after filing for divorce, canceled a $150,000 appearance at The Melbourne Cup in Australia yesterday so she could return home early.
Kim’s mom, Kris Jenner, made the rounds of talk shows this week hawking her new book. She claims Kim didn’t make millions off her wedding. As if to prove the point, Kim and her sister were spotted clutching McDonald’s bags as they strolled through the airport.
Kim is telling friends: “I need to take care of me now, and I can’t work for awhile.”
Presumably, she’s halting production of her reality show until she pulls herself together. What a complete fraud she is. I love it when narcissists fail in such spectacular fashion.

Tamar Braxton’s Husband, Vincent, Released from Hospital
According to TMZ.com, Toni Braxton’s brother-in-law, Vincent Herbert, was released from a NY hospital where he was treated for blood clots in his lungs.
Sandrarose.com broke the story that Vincent was rushed to the hospital two weeks ago after experiencing difficulty breathing. It was determined that the entertainment executive had a condition called Pulmonary embolism, or blood clots in the lungs.
Pulmonary embolism is usually fatal and involves a blood clot (thrombus) traveling from the legs and into the lungs (Deep Vein Thrombosis). People at high risk for DVTs are those who live a sedentary lifestyle, sit for long periods of time at cubicle desks or travel long distances on planes.
Vincent is the husband of Toni’s sister, Tamar Braxton, star of “Braxton Family Values”.
