R&B crooner Usher was snapped leaving a restaurant in NYC today. Meanwhile, singer Christina Milian was spotted at Star magazine’s All Hollywood party Tuesday night at AV Nightclub. Wouldn’t Usher and Christina Milian make a perfect couple? They both think very highly of themselves, and they both share the same feminine characteristics. Is Usher still with that older woman, Grace Miguel?

Stuart Chaifetz Secretly Tapes His Autistic Son at School, Discovers He’s Being Bullied by Teachers
After sending his son to school wearing a wire, Stuart Chaifetz found out that his son, Akian, was being bullied …
When his 10-year-old son, Akian, started getting into trouble at school, Stuart Chaifetz was stunned. The notes from Horace Mann Elementary School in Cherry Hill, N.J., said that Akian, who has autism, was having violent outbursts and hitting his teacher and his aide — behavior that the boy had never exhibited before.
“I could not understand why this was happening,” Chaifetz, a 44-year-old animal rights activist in New Jersey, wrote on his website. “I had never witnessed Akian hit anyone, nor could I dream of him lashing out as had been described to me.”
In October 2011, he met with Akian’s teachers and school therapists. A behaviorist was called in, but during several classroom visits he didn’t see Akian become violent. “He tried to create a scenario that would push Akian so far that he would lash out,” Chaifetz explained. “And Akian did not.”
“If Akian was pushed and didn’t do anything, what was setting him off?” his dad wondered. After six months of meetings yielded no answers, he decided that he needed to know what was happening in his son’s class. Like Akian, all of the other kids in his class also have autism, and complications from the disorder prevent them from being able to communicate to their parents about what goes on in the classroom.
“The morning of February 17, I put a wire on my son, and I sent him to school,” Chaifetz says in a video he created to showcase the audio clips. “What I heard on that audio was so disgusting, vile, and just an absolute disrespect and bullying of my son, that happened not by other children, but by his teacher, and the aides — the people who were supposed to protect him. They were literally making my son’s life a living hell.”
The recordings are raw and intense. Angry adults yell at kids to “shut up,” “shut your mouth,” and “knock it off.” Adults have inappropriate personal conversations in front of the children, discussing how drunk they were the night before, complaining about their husbands, and talking in detail about adult issues. More than once, an adult goads Akian to the point of tears — and then laughs at him.
“Go ahead and scream,” one adult hisses menacingly at Akian. “Because guess what? You’re going to get nothing… until your mouth is shut.”
And later: “Oh, Akian, you are a bastard.”
“The six and a half hours of audio I had proved that my son wasn’t hitting the teacher because there was something wrong with him — he was lashing out because he was being mocked, mistreated and humiliated,” Chaifetz writes on his website, No More Teacher/Bully. “His outbursts were his way of expressing that he was being emotionally hurt at school.”
Chaifetz gave the entire six-and-a-half-hour recording to the Cherry Hill School district (you can hear more of the clips here). One aide, Jodi Sgouros, was fired. Another aide and the teacher, whom the Collingswood Patch identifies as Kelly Altenburg, were reassigned but not fired.
“I don’t know why the teacher wasn’t fired,” Chaifetz writes on his blog. “Maybe the District had no choice; perhaps tenure or HR regulations did not permit them to do so. I know that they were sincere and shocked when they found out what happened. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt in this.”
On Tuesday, officials at the Horace Mann School in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, directed calls from Yahoo! Shine to the Cherry Hill School District’s offices; a call to a spokesperson there was not immediately returned. Cherry Hill Public School District spokesperson Susan Bastnagel told the Collingswood Patch on Tuesday only that the incident is “an internal personnel matter that the district took seriously and handled appropriately.”
Chaifetz disagrees, and has started a Facebook page and launched a petition at Change.org calling for the teacher’s dismissal. He’s already gathered nearly 18,500 signatures. “No one who treats children like that, who calls them vicious names, who humiliates them, who batters them verbally, deserves to be a teacher,” Chaifetz says in the video.
“How is it possible that teachers and staff can do these things, and you have evidence — not just accusations, but evidence — and they’re still teaching?” he said in an interview with Babble.com. To me, that’s the bigger outrage here. How many times has this happened before? How many times will it happen again if I remain quiet?”
For his part, Chaifetz says that what he really wants from the teacher and aides involved is a public apology and a willingness to take responsibility for their actions.
“I want an apology, not for me, but so one day I can play this video back for my son and say Akian, you didn’t deserve anything that happened to you,” he says in the video. “I’m not going to sue anybody. I’m not going to file a lawsuit. It’s not about money. It’s about dignity. This is to reclaim my son’s dignity.”

Jaheim is some kind of accident victim (I think I said on this blog) that left him with the mental capacity of a teenager. I did not make that up. Member of the press who is no longer local (she used to work for the radio station here..K97.5) told me. He came to Raleigh years ago for our annual Women’s Empowerment and said his sister or other female fam memeber…required alllll his interview questions be pre-written and then he READ them on-air. Well, sister-family ghul was PIST cause they went off the pre-agreed upon “course” of the interview.

Well KDub used to teach llllllllong time ago at a daycare. My right out of HS gig. Had a lil certification etc. And I was ADAMANT that I didn’t want my kids going there. 17 yo was a BABY when I worked there and I got FREE daycare and still did not let her go there.

I was grateful to have his school as an option. Only 12 kids to a class. I love it. It took me awhile to find it. But please believe I had a session with all of them to let them know how I am in case something happens to mine. They were all buck eyed when I finished. Let’s just say I have not had any problems and my son is a favorite.

You may have adult ADD…but I’ve also chalked it up to the world we live in now..there’s so much GOING ON as far as information coming at you all at once that it’s almost impossible to sit and focus on something long term. We live in a world where the tv is on, the iPod is playing in the background, the phone rings and while we are talking we get a text, we tell the party on the other end to hold on so we can check the text, then the inbox on the email lights up…I mean seriously, once you get used to LIVING like that it’s a bit difficult to stop and FOCUS on just one thing…

They are some good ones. I was paying $760/month for the best one here. I wanted my son to be somewhere with a less student ratio. He is at a better place for far less money.

Also trying to cut back on breads, it’s the only think that wasn’t making me sick.
But soup seems not to upset my stomach.
@CD – Activia maybe I should try that, but I dont have a problem going. I have to run to get there. I will not tell you about the night I deciced to take 2 tablespoons of castor oil and how I had to THROW away, my favorite Raplh Lauren comforter and sheets.

This and other chit will happen in your 30′s bewwww just be open to knowing that the 30′s brings female changes on – all throughout your 30′s you will continue to change it’s not a bad thing or anything to fear but looking back my 30′s drove me insane because my body was changing but my mind wasn’t ready for the changes my body was making! You will be fine – watch certain foods around certain times of months – reserach brain teasing tricks #MAGELLEN and just be easy with yourself as opposed to letting everything get to you – I remember feeling a lil vulnerable in my 30′s but it’s not the WORST just up yourself on knowledge and it won’t seem so foreign!

I struggled through my 30′s and when I say struggle it was because I wasn’t at one mindy body and soul! Once I realized that was going on I started fixing certain chit about me and my life and it gradually began to look better – but yeah 30′s for me was no joke I had a nervous breakdown of sorts!

That makes sense. I am right now running from commitment, although, I like to have emotional connections. I am just in a self preservation mode and not bending to make anyone that is not willing to follow my rules or play my game in. And yes, my job is becoming more and more boring and redundant for me
It pays wonderfully but I lack the traveling and getting out with it now that my family as grown and its best for me not to anymore. Last but not least, I do love, protect and adore my babies but they are tag teaming me and those suckers out number me with their demands. I just want them grown up already. Sounds kinda selfish but gosh it is true. My life is work, home, kids, eat, sleep and all over again the next day 
It never use to be like that and I hate friggin routines for long periods of time.

I def think it’s a lifestyle choice I didnt’ do chit for years after my son and his father split – but then I was like why not! Started dropping lil man at my moms and would go out!

I am a sucker for my children and have allowed them to have their own way by being spoiled all out of guilt. The divorce was hard on them and I over compensated for it and now I am stuck with a bunch of watch puppies that moves when I move and ask a million and one questions that leaves me with guilt. That is one reason I tried to make it work again with their dad but I feel like I am settling and I never want to settle when I had dumped him and now allowing him to come back.

Well too late for me to think about having only 1 or 2. That would be like cake walk for me. Its just the 3rd, 4th and 5th plus the 6th that makes it uncomfortable for me. The 3 little ones are like blood suckers and if I even step out to the front door without them there are crying tears of murder. I know I made them like that by sucking to me but I want to change it. Should I get like a nanny to come live in to help train them away?

What I have started to do is on the weekends is buy those Diaqurias in a pouch, throw dem bytches in the freezer, pour it in a nice mug and sit back and chill. Its not like you’ll be stumbling ova chit and knocking over vases but you will get a nice lil buzz to put you in a somewhat different space.

Yep.. those are cool for parties… I use to get this TUB of Margarita mix. IT was Jose I think..but you put a bottle of Tequila in this green mixture and put in in this tub… let in sit in the Freezer and then drink up.
When i first got here thats how I was drinking…
