Gossip website TMZ.com reports that Usher Raymond’s bitter ex-wife Tamka Foster plans to use Usher’s stalker against him in court.
The deranged stalker, Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, 26, was arrested Sunday morning after John’s Creek cops found her using her iPad on Usher’s front porch. Police charged Jones-Rakestraw with disobeying a criminal trespass warning issued to her the day before.
Sources tell TMZ Tameka is scared for her kids’ safety since Jones-Rakestraw was able to get all the way to Usher’s home, even though he lives in a gated community and has a security team.
Jones-Rakestraw reportedly told police she was Usher’s wife. She was briefly hospitalized at Emory John’s Creek for a psych eval. She was released later from the hospital.
Usher’s John’s Creek home is near Tameka’s Foster’s mansion in Roswell, Georgia. Roswell and John’s Creek are neighboring suburbs just north of Atlanta.
Usher and Foster are locked in a prolonged child custody battle for their 2 minor sons. The child custody hearings resume in August.
Usher opened the 2012 BET Awards Sunday with a live performance of his hit song “Climax”. He wore a black sleeveless shirt and black pants accessorized with hot pink Raf Simons High-top sneakers from the Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. The sneakers retail for $645.
