The pic on the left she obviously used a filter , the other pics show her obvious real complexion. The photo on the left is nothing but lighting. Why does everyone think so many American blacks hate their skin tone? I’m sure there are some, but with technology today , when you use certain filters it brightens up the pic(including the person) . Some others use makeup that may lighten their complexions a bit , because it’s the closest they can get to their foundation color. All these people are not self hating blacks, but it certainly seems as though someone wants them to be.

Yes! I followed your advice specifically and found an african lady and got them crocheted. I decided on box braids over twists and found some that were pre-looped and already braided so it took even less time. It STILL took 4 hours but I know that’s better than the 8 it could have taken. She said it took so long because she had to adjust her normal braid pattern because my hair is longer than what she’s used to. I got them done the day before my last dr’s appointment which worked out because I ended up in the hospital that same day. I got eyelash extensions too ?

I had to keep looking. I knew I had seen her before. This is Steph Curry’s sister! If you look at their family photo she is the only one with her dad’s complexion. The boys have their mom’s complexion. How sad she’s doing this. Probably wants to look like her mom. She’s so beautiful!!! Their mother is not a socialite/homemaker either. She owns a very successful Montessori school and is so gorgeous that Steph gets cracks about his mother’s beauty from other players all the time. She’s always on the jumbotron too.
