There are widespread reports that rap superstar DJ Khaled was booed off stage during his set at the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas on Sunday, June 18.
According to BET.com, the rotund producer was kept waiting backstage while the sound man struggled to fix the sound issues.
DJ Kahled is a master at marketing himself. The 41-year-old millionaire handled the damage control himself by posting a series of videos on his social media pages to dismiss the rumors that he was booed off stage.
"They cut my time short and they had me back stage for a hour and half and the sound kept breaking ... then I heard my fans and I said I'm go out even if the sound cuts off and even if they cut my time short," the father-of-one wrote on Instagram.com.
Sandrarose.com could not find any videos confirming the widespread reports that he was booed.
