Kylie Jenner has filed for an order of protection from a man who committed burglary in her exclusive gated community in Calabasas, California. The reality TV personality says she believes the man is stalking her.

Kylie is seeking a restraining order against a man named Justin Bergquist in court on Friday. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Bergquist allegedly broke into a mansion in Kylie’s neighborhood last month. He left without taking anything — but he came back and tried to get inside the gates again.

Security stopped the burglar the second time and called the cops, but he told officers he was there to see Kylie.

TMZ sources say it’s unclear if Bergquist mistakenly thought the first home he allegedly broke into was Kylie’s, but he was arrested anyway for burglary and trespassing.

Court records show Bergquist is due back in court next month after pleading not guilty in his criminal case.
