A judge denied a restraining order filed by reality TV star Evelyn Lozada, right, who is in desperate need of a story line on Basketball Wives this season.

Lozada, a 43-year-old Sagittarius, filed a restraining order against co-star Ogom "OG" Chijindu after the two women had beef on social media.

According to the judge, the restraining order was denied because the matter was already addressed in a lawsuit filed by Lozada against Chijindu earlier this month.

Law enforcement and the courts are wary of reality stars abusing the system for their manufactured TV drama.

According to TheJasmineBrand, the two women have argued on social media for months.

Lozada took legal action, filing a lawsuit against Chijundu for defamation.

Chijindu responded on social media.

Chijindu, a professional soccer player, fits into the cast of Basketball Wives because she is (or was) dating Kwame Alexander, who plays overseas.

Stacey Dash has fallen on hard times since she was fired from Fox TV as a political analyst in 2017. With few acting gigs for middle aged actresses, Dash has burned through her savings and is financially dependent on her husband, Jeffrey Marty.

On Sunday, the Clueless star was arrested for assaulting her breadwinner husband. She has filed for indigent status and is asking for a public defender to represent her in court.

According to TMZ, a Florida judge signed off on the request for a public defender after asking Dash to provide proof of her income.

Richie Buxo / Splash News

In audio of a 911 call to the Pasco County Sheriff, Dash said that her husband and his three minor children conspired to have her arrested.

The 52-year-old actress was charged with domestic battery for scratching and slapping Marty's face during an argument at their Pasco County condominium on Sunday.

Dash said she, Marty and his children - ages 15, 14 and 10 - were all arguing when she pushed his 15-year-old daughter. She accused Marty, who is a lawyer, of putting her in a chokehold.

She said he advised his three children to lie to the police about the incident.

Marty, 44, can be heard in the background yelling, "I can't believe you did this."

When police arrived on the scene, Dash was arrested and booked into the county jail. She has since been released on $500 bond.

Listen to the 911 audio below.

A Florida church is ministering to the unwashed masses - one strip club at a time. The Newsound Church, which currently worships out of West Palm Beach high school on Sundays, purchased the old Double Dee's Ranch strip club to house its congregation.

Parishioners are well aware of the sinful behaviors that went on inside the Double Dee's Ranch, but their motto is, "Let the sinless amongst you cast the first stone."

"I don't mind being in a building that was a strip club any more than I mind somebody walking in our doors that had at one time in their life been a stripper," Pastor Josh Mauney told CBS Miami. "We believe we can bring hope and healing to any location, that's what we're trying to do."

Mauney says he expects the new church to open its doors next year. He also expects to welcome some of the strip club's former customers into his flock.

According to the NY Daily News, the new church will hold 600 to 700 worshipers once they remove the stripper poles.

After decades of chasing skirts, rapper Too Short has settled down and become a father for the first time at the age of 53. It's hard to believe the horn dog rapper, who had a plethora of groupies with children over the years, never fathered a child of his own.

Sources close to the "I'm a Player" rapper tell TMZ.com that his girlfriend, Sue Ivey, gave birth to a daughter, Yanni in December, but he kept the news under wraps until now.

Fans will get to see plenty of baby Yanni in the future, as TMZ reports that Too Short has been shooting a documentary with Ray J and his manager, David Weintraub, for over a year now.

The documentary focuses on how the rapper, Ray J and Weintraub raise their little girls in Hollywood.

Antonio Brown has been let go from his third NFL team this year. The New England Patriots cut their troubled wide receiver loose on Friday after he sent group text messages to his latest accuser.

The Patriots had had enough, according to NFL.com.

"The New England Patriots are releasing Antonio Brown. We appreciate the hard work of many people over the past 11 days, but we feel that it is best to move in a different direction at this time," the Patriots said in a statement, according to NFL.com.

Brown, 31, was accused of causing a commotion on his last NFL team - the Oakland Raiders - because he wanted to sign with the Patriots.

Brown played one game in a Patriots uniform, despite allegations of sexual misconduct made by his former personal trainer.

Brown's second accuser, who is unnamed, complained that he sent her harassing text messages after she went public with her story.

Brown hired the woman to paint his portrait for a mural at his home in 2017 after meeting her at a charity softball game in Pittsburgh.

While she worked on the painting in his home, Brown allegedly emerged from the bathroom holding a cloth over his genitals.

The woman's story was published by the Sporting News.

The woman provided the text messages to Sports Illustrated that show texts sent from a phone number once used by Brown. He included her, his attorney and others on a group chat, calling her a "broke girl" and urging his associates to investigate her.

Matt Stone/MediaNews Group/Boston Herald

"Really sad you would make up bull s—t story to the world thought u had more integrity n respect for yourself must be really hard times for to make up some stuff for money super sad,” reads one of the texts reads, according to Sports Illustrated.

The texter included photos of the artist's kids. The message urged "ig Eric" on the group chat to "look up her background."

Brown was let go after the accuser's lawyer, Lisa Banks, sent a letter to the NFL, complaining about the text messages. Banks called the texts "intimidating and threatening to our client, in violation of the NFL Personal Conduct Policy."

After he was released by the Patriots on Friday, Brown took to Twitter.com and Instagram.com to post an image featuring a Nipsey Hussle quote:

"Sometimes people try to destroy you precisely because they recognize your power; Not because they don't see it, but because they see it and they don't want it to exist."

He caught a TD pass and 4 passes for 56 yards in his only NFL game this year.

Rapper Dave East is facing battery charges after a groupie accused him of attacking her during a wild threesome in his Las Vegas hotel room.

The 31-year-old Gemini was cited for battery on a woman after he invited 2 groupies back to his hotel room for a private after party.

The steamy sex session started out normally, but things went left quickly when the woman got upset that the "Hate Me Now" rapper showed the other groupie more love.

The groupie "flipped out" and threw champagne bottles and a soap dish from across the room. 2 of the bottles hit their target, leaving cuts on East's arm and leg, which police noted in their report.

The woman claimed she and East got into an argument and he threw 5 or 6 punches at her, hitting her once on the arm.

She said she fled to the bathroom, where she called 911.

But Dave's attorney, Stacey Richman, released a statement to Sandrarose.com, alleging that the groupie stole Dave's cell phones when she fled the room:

"The woman threw a soap dispenser and bottles of champagne at Dave. One of the bottles shattered on the wall, sending glass flying and cutting Dave. Another bottle hit Dave with force in the head. The woman sought to continue her assault. Dave did not respond with violence. Instead Dave was concerned for everyone's safety. Dave justifiably took the woman by the arm and put her out of the room. Dave did not assault anyone. He was ordered by his doctor to get CAT scan after the incident. We are waiting on the results. It was later learned that the woman had secreted Dave's phones in her handbag. – Stacey Richman

Police are searching for a woman who pooped on the floor of a Bay Ridge grocery store in Brooklyn, NY.

The customer, who appeared to have a bad case of bubble guts and diarrhea, was caught on the grocery store's surveillance system relieving herself on the floor.

The video went viral after it was uploaded to Instagram.com by comedian Michael Rapaport on Wednesday.

The video shows a middle aged Caucasian woman wearing a white top and baby blue shorts walking in the frozen foods section.

She is seen squatting next to a frozen food display case and relieving herself on the floor. After defecating on the floor, the woman stood up and looked down at her waste - the way a dog would - before walking away.

Rapaport's followers were shocked and disgusted by the woman's behavior.

Many said the woman had a bad case of diarrhea and couldn't make it to the store's restroom. But others believe she has a weird fetish for pooping in public places.

What is the craziest place you've ever relived yourself?

Antonio Brown's former personal trainer has accused the New England Patriots wide receiver of raping her on multiple occasions.

The federal lawsuit was filed in the southern district of Florida, where Brown lives.

The troubled NFL star is facing possible rape charges after Britney Taylor filed a lawsuit against him on Tuesday, Sept. 10.

Taylor says she met Brown in Bible study when they were student-athletes at Central Michigan University. Brown hired her as his personal trainer in June 2017. Troubling incidents soon followed.

The former gymnast said the first incident occurred when "Brown exposed himself and kissed [her] without her consent."

Taylor says she forgave Brown after he apologized and promised it would never happen again.

Joe Sargent/Getty Images

The second incident occurred not long afterwards, when Taylor claims "Brown cornered [her] forced her onto a bed, shoved her face into the mattress, and forcibly raped her" from behind.

She said she resisted but Brown was "too strong and physically overpowered her." He continued the assault despite her saying "No" and pleading with him to "Stop."

After accepting his second apology, Taylor believed he was sincere. Then the third incident occurred, according to court papers.

"As they had during their college Christian fellowship days, they often read scriptures, prayed or watched services together during training visits," according to the documents obtained by the NY Post.

While they watched one religious video less than a month after the first incident, Brown masturbated behind Taylor and ejaculated onto her back, the suit alleges.

The next day, Brown sent Taylor profanity-laced videos insulting her and her mother.

Through her attorneys, the attractive born-again Christian says she came forward to help other women and not for monetary gain.

"As a rape victim of Antonio Brown, deciding to speak out has been an incredibly difficult decision... Speaking out removes the shame that I have felt for the past year and places it on the person responsible for my rape."

Taylor is seeking compensation for "physical injuries, pain and suffering, humiliation, embarrassment, stress and anxiety, loss of self-esteem and self-confidence, and emotional pain and suffering."

The Patriots, who signed Brown to a one-year, $15 million deal on Saturday, released a statement to the news media on Tuesday.

"We are aware of the civil lawsuit that was filed earlier today against Antonio Brown, as well as the response by Antonio’s representatives. We take these allegations very seriously. Under no circumstance does this organization condone sexual violence or assault. The league has informed us they will be investigating. We will have no further comment while that investigation takes place."

Brown's attorney vigorously denied the allegations.

Darren Heitner issued a statement saying Taylor only filed the lawsuit after Brown refused to invest $1.6 million in a "business project" she pitched to him.

He said Taylor showed no interest in the awkward student-athlete until she realized he was a star professional football player.

But her attorneys claim Brown pursued their client aggressively.

"In approximately 2013, Ms. Taylor's senior year at LSU, Brown sent her a message on social media, asking for a picture of her. Ms. Taylor sent him a picture of her face. Dissatisfied, Brown asked for a more revealing one. Ms. Taylor refused, reminding Brown that they were just friends. For approximately four years after Ms. Taylor graduated from LSU, the two fell out of touch. In June 2017, Brown reached out to Ms. Taylor via Facebook asking her how she was doing."

"During the course of this renewed contact, Brown indicated he wanted Ms. Taylor's help improving flexibility and strength in his ankles and fast twitch muscles – areas in which she had developed expertise through gymnastics. As a result, the two agreed that Ms. Taylor would provide physical training services to Brown... Ms. Taylor never dated or had an interest in any romantic relationship with Brown. Their relationship, as far as Ms. Taylor believed and behaved, was that of a 'brother-sister' type."

Taylor's attorneys say, after the rapes, she sought guidance from a church leader who was a former assistant district attorney and sex crimes prosecutor in New York.

But Heitner disputed Taylor's version of the events, claiming Taylor admitted to having a "consensual personal relationship" with Brown and that she continues to post pictures of herself with Brown online in an attempt to profit from her association with him.

Heitner says Brown will "pursue all legal remedies to not only clear his name, but to also protect other professional athletes against false accusations" from sports groupies.

Jennifer Lopez's new movie Hustlers opens in theaters everywhere this weekend.

The movie is about a group of criminal minded strippers who conspire to rob their customers by stealing their credit cards and running up massive bills.

The movie, which is based on a true story, also stars Keke Palmer, 26, Cardi B, 26, and Lizzo, 31.

Kevin Winter/Getty Images

But there is one fact in the movie that doesn't ring true in real life: Jennifer Lopez plays one of the strippers.

Lopez turned 50 in July.

J-Lo may be able to sell out arenas, but if all she did was take her clothes off (no singing), her arena tour would flop.

Lopez has the money and the resources to nip and tuck her body until the cows come home. But most 50-year-old women aren't as fortunate.

50-year-old women in menopause are not stripper material. 40-year-old strippers are rare. 50-year-old strippers in the club are unheard of.

There's a reason why age restrictions are in place at most strip clubs.

Men are the reason strip clubs exist. They drive the most revenue. Without men, strip clubs would be a thing of the past.

Men's brains are wired to be attracted to younger women of childbearing age. They pay to see firm perky breasts and a perfect round ass.

Watching a middle aged stripper is like watching your mom take her clothes off for money. Men do have some standards when it comes to strippers.

That's not to say that a young man won't date a woman old enough to be his mother. But the older woman is usually rich or willing to financially support a broke, lazy man.

When a man patronizes a strip club, he is there to fulfill a sexual fantasy and to fantasize about the women on stage.

It's kinda hard to fantasize about a 50-year-old stripper - even if she's drop dead gorgeous like Jennifer Lopez.

Wendy Williams is having a hard time finding a man to commit to a relationship after filing for divorce from her cheating husband, Kevin Hunter.

The daytime talk show Diva told Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen she's not dating one man, but many men.

"I see many men," the 55-year-old single mom said when asked if she's still dating the doctor she was seeing over the summer.

Wendy is having a difficult time finding a suitable mate because eligible single men who are heterosexual are in short supply.

And the male brain is wired to be attracted to younger women of childbearing age.

Unfortunately, Wendy's childbearing years are behind her. She is a proud mom to a son, 19-year-old Kevin Hunter, Jr., who is away at college.

Wendy told Cohen she will definitely have a prenuptial agreement if she ever gets married again.

Williams also addressed her off-again, on-again friendship with reality TV star Nene Leakes, according to Page Six.

"I called her up. I was like, 'Look, I don't know what your problem is with me, or me with you, but where are you now? Let's have dinner,'" Wendy recalled. "I talked to Nene earlier today."

Hosea Chanchez opened up about being molested by his friend's father when he was 14. Chanchez revealed the abuse in a lengthy Instagram post on Tuesday, Sept. 3.

"Im Hosea chanchez and when I was 14 years old I was molested BY my friends father," he wrote. "This man is a predator, preying on children who’s trust he's falsely built through lies, manipulation, threats and secrets. I hope this truth helps to stop child molesting predators from sexually assaulting more children."

He added:

Pedophiles have no place in our society they hide in the open and rape children who are afraid to speak up because of shame, guilt, fear, denial and the thought that no one will believe them. Im doing this to help parents and young children become aware of some of the signs and better protect themselves from sexual predators.

V Labissiere / Splash News

Chanchez's revelation came days after actor Malik Yoba revealed he is attracted to male-to-female transgenders.

The true statistics of sexual abuse of children in the Black community will never be known since many parents and caregivers cover up for the pedophile and never report the abuse to authorities.

The abuse can leave long lasting emotional damage on children who sometimes grow up to abuse others or turn to drugs and alcohol to self-medicate.

Many homosexuals recall being molested by family members of family friends when they were young.
