Police in a small Texas town are combing fitness instructor Terri "Missy" Bevers's social media accounts for clues into who killed her inside a church.

The 45-year-old mother-of-three was murdered early Monday morning inside the Creekside Church of Christ in Midlothian, near Dallas, where she was scheduled to teach a fitness class.

Bevers died of blunt force trauma to the head.

The mother of Ethan Couch, the 'affluenza' teen who killed four people while drunk driving, bonded out of a Texas jail on Tuesday. Tonya Couch walked out of the Tarrant County jail Tuesday morning after after a judge reduced her bail from $1 million to just $75,000.

Texas State District Judge Wayne Salvant said Couch's charge -- hindering the apprehension of a fugitive -- wasn't serious enough to warrant such a high bail.

Mexican authorities captured fugitives Ethan Couch, 18, and his mother Tonya Couch, 48, during a traffic stop in Puerto Vallarta on Monday.

In a mugshot released this morning, Ethan's hair was dyed dark brunette to change his appearance and avoid capture.

Both fugitives are being held by Mexican authorities in a Mexican jail.

An intense manhunt is underway for a gunman who ambushed and shot a Texas judge in the driveway of her Austin home late Friday.

Travis County District Judge Julie Kocurek was returning home with "others" when a gunman stepped out of the shadows and shot her at about 10 p.m. No one else with the judge was shot.

A second nurse who treated Dallas Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan has been diagnosed with the deadly Ebola virus.

"An additional health care worker testing positive for Ebola is a serious concern, and the CDC has already taken active steps to minimize the risk to health care workers and the patient," said the CDC in a statement on Wednesday.
