Bush Signs $700 BILLION Bailout Bill Into Law

From the AP:

President Bush has signed into law a far-reaching $700 billion bill to bail out the nation’s tottering financial industry, shortly after it won final approval from Congress.

The president signed the measure at his desk in the Oval Office. Photographers were invited in to capture the moment.

The president signed the bill after returning from the Treasury Department where he thanked employees for their work on the rescue package.

Did they make any adjustments to the bill…like also bailing out the thousands of people who are in foreclosure for their homes?? Or did they just try the hell outta of EVERY DAMN BODY paying TAXES for this sh*t ANYWAY!!!???

THE ONES GETTIN BAILED OUT SHOULD HAVE TO BAIL US OUT. THERE SHOULD BE A STIPULATION SAYIN BAIL US OUT AFTER ALL THEY PUNICH US WITH OVER THE LIMIT FEES, ATM FEES, NSF FEES FOR NOT MANAGING OUR MONEY AND THEY AINT MANAGING THERES.

Yup…we are all 40 hour a week slaves. The same people that pay us, are the same people who tax us and then we turn around and give them the remaining $$’s on food, clothes, and misc. items.

I don’t even know what to say. I feel like somebody punched the wind out of me. So disappointing to know that more than 70% of the people who pay taxes did not want this & yet they gave it them anyway.

Slavery is right… we don’t even have a choice of paying taxes. If you don’t you’ll be thrown in jail.

Maybe this will sway the independent vote toward Obama.

wooonderful (prepping to go jump from highest bridge). They couldn’t give taxpayers.. what.. $250k apiece and let us bail ourselves out of debt????Shullbit I say shullbit. This still does not say how the h-e double it’s going to fix my house being upside down in value!! It’s not my fault everyone around me was foreclosed on!!

I sincerely hope that this doesn’t bite us later. I’m straight up against it. There is always a big mess left for the new president to clean up no matter who’s in office.

This just another way for the Bush Admin. to jack the economy up further, so that Obama (if elected) will have a more difficult time turning it around. Bush shall forever be remembered as the worst president in history.
