mine is only 4 BUT i have a friend who had her daughter’s hair blown out with a hairdryer (not even a hot comb) at 4 and the natural curl pattern NEVER came back. she is 6 now.

sometimes when you change hair texture its stays changed. its a risk you have to decide that you want to take. it probably also depends on how you to it. good luck let us know what you decide and how it works out cuz im curious too.

Juicing now, and have been for almost two years.

2 Cucumber
2 Apple
6 Kale leaves
1 Beet
2 celery stalks

Cut with coconut water This should be enough for 2 days

Morning
water with lemon
coconut milk (unsweetened)

Lunch above (2) 15 to 16 oz about 1 hour apart

Dinner
Mango juice cut with mineral or coconut water

If you are starving drink Water or sparking water, if you feel like you will cut someone eat some emergency carrots or celery

If you can do this two or three days in a row for 3 weeks you should loose 10 pounds and you feel so much better and skin will GLOW

When you go back to FOOD no red meats only turkey or fish baked
