Black Twitter went IN on television pitchman Nelly for promoting Cheerios instead of commenting on the police shooting death of 18-year-old Mike Brown. Nelly’s followers roasted the 39-year-old former rapper after he posted a photo of himself holding an “iced out” box of Cheerios on his Twitter.com account today. The unarmed Brown was shot to death after scuffling with a Ferguson, Mo. police officer on Saturday. Nelly and his family moved to nearby St. Louis, Mo. when he was a young boy, and he still owns a home in the area.
