    I'm conflicted by this. On one hand, I'm glad that they were able to bust the pedophile, but on the other hand, it seems like this was a violation of his 4th amendment rights. I guess it will be argued that he consented and waived his rights when he accepted Google's user agreement.

    I'm interested in seeing how this plays out. Mainly, how they're going to make the evidence stick.
