CNN is reporting a captured Jordanian pilot was burned alive inside a cage by ISIS militants whose demands for a prisoner exchange were not met in time. CAUTION: Graphic images after the break.
Jordanian pilot Lieutenant Moath al-Kasasba was captured by ISIS rebels when he ejected from a plane that was shot down over Syria last month.
ISIS offered to exchange Moath for an imprisoned female suicide bomber who took part in a terrorist attack in Amman that killed 57 people in 2005. The 46-year-old woman’s suicide bomb failed to detonate during the attack. She was arrested and sentenced to death in Jordan.
Earlier today, ISIS released a video that purports to show Moath being burned alive inside a cage. CNN reports that the U.S. intelligence community is working to authenticate the video.
According to a Twitter user, Moath was actually executed on Jan. 3. ISIS also released hi-res images of Moath inside the cage as a line of flames approach the cage and consumed his clothes.
CNN reports that Moath was beaten and his clothes doused in flammable liquid. The cage is on a public street.
The video is too graphic to post on a family-oriented blog.

Depends on your level of activity now. I started with a walk group or walking.I gradually stepped up to swift walking to jogging doing 3-1s Jog for 3 minutes brisk walk for one then 6-1’s and I now am jogging 30 mins. I don’t know about marathon running. But there are groups out there that you can join for free that help you get to marathon stats.

Also go onto GroupMe dot com. and find beginner run groups in your area. There are quite a few that are free you just got to show up and start!
