Fulton County Sheriff’s Office

Reality star Eva Marcille’s ex Kevin McCall was arrested following a scuffle at the Fulton County Justice Center Tower on Tuesday in Atlanta.

According to Fox 5 News, McCall, of West Los Angeles, entered the courthouse while live-streaming on his cell phone. When a deputy sergeant with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office ordered him to turn off the livestream, McCall, 34, continued to stream on his cell phone and “used profane and abusive language” toward the deputy sergeant.

McCall’s face allegedly hit the deputy sergeant’s hand when the officer attempted to take McCall into custody.

When other deputies piled on to assist the sergeant, officials say the sergeant and McCall fell down one of the courthouse’s escalators. Neither man was injured during the fall.

McCall was charged with felony 2nd-degree criminal damage to property, misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor terroristic threats, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, and misdemeanor simple assault, according to Fox 5.

He is being held in jail without bail.
