Rapper Nelly has finally unloaded his decrepit Missouri mansion that sat vacant and in disrepair for two decades.
Nelly secured a buyer for his abandoned mansion, just one week after listing it for sale at the bargain basement price of $600,000.
The "Hot In Herre" rapper listed the spacious six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Wildwood home for just $600,000 on February 11, and by February 18, he had already secured an offer.
It's unclear who the buyer is, but the property has been sitting empty for almost two decades. Nelly initially purchased the home back in 2002 for $2 million in hopes of renovating it and flipping it. But he abandoned the project years ago.
The house, which features a private basketball court, an in-ground infinity pool and a three-car garage, is now an eyesore, with no plumbing and no flooring. But it does boast spectacular unobstructed views of the countryside.
The Tuscan-style gated mansion features multiple balconies with views of the Meramec River valley.
The 10,000-square-foot house sits on a 12 acre lot surrounded by mature trees and wildlife.
