Wendy looked frail when she was discharged from a NY hospital on Sept. 24 following treatment for Covid-19 and a possible mental breakdown.

She was photographed arriving home with her son Kevin Hunter Jr. and an assistant pushing her in a wheelchair.

The daytime TV host, who is fully vaccinated, was previously hospitalized on Sept. 15 after she tested positive for a "breakthrough case" of Covid-19.

A source told TMZ that Wendy is currently "asymptomatic", meaning she is showing no symptoms of Covid.

Breakthrough cases occur when fully vaccinated persons are infected with Covid-19.
