Tristan Thompson still refuses to pay child support for the son he fathered with Houston personal trainer Maralee Nichols.
Maralee, 31, packed up and moved to the West Coast before giving birth to their son, Theo Nichols, on December 1.
A judge ordered Tristan, 30, to pay Maralee $40,000 a month after a paternity test proved he was the father. The NBA star later confirmed that he fathered the boy during a four-month fling with the IG model.
He also apologized to on-again, off-again girlfriend Khloe Kardashian for “humiliating” her.
Maralee’s representative told media outlets that Tristan has “done nothing” to support his infant son.
“Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son,” Harvey Englander told Page Six. “He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance.”
Sources say Tristan still refuses to pay Maralee even after she embarrassed him in the news media. It will likely take a judge’s order to make him pay.
Meanwhile, Tristan happily acknowledges and supports his children with Khloe, 37, and his first baby mama Jordan Craig, 30.
