Cynthia Bailey is speaking out about Andy Cohen and Bravo TV blacklisting her friend NeNe Leakes.

“The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” veteran said it’s “unfortunate to watch how their relationship has ended.”

NeNe will never work on any Bravo reality TV series again after she was fired by the production company for insubordination.

But Cynthia said RHOA was a success due to NeNe’s influence. “Like when you think of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, you think of Nene Leakes and that is all, you know, Bravo’s creation,” she told David Yontef on the Behind the Velvet Rope podcast.

NeNe reportedly received a small settlement after suing Cohen and Bravo for creating a hostile and racist environment on the set.

She alleged the production company ignored former co-star Kim Zolciak‘s racist statements.

NeNe dropped the lawsuit after receiving the settlement, but she and Cohen have not spoken and their friendship is shattered.

“They worked so well together for so many years,” Cynthia said. “It really breaks my heart to see where it’s at now.”

“She was like my first friend on the show,” Cynthia continued. “I’ve seen what it was and it is … And I hope that they can work past it, work through it.”
