Todd and Julie Chrisley will report to separate federal penitentiary’s next week, Jan. 17, after a judge denied their request for an extension on Wednesday.
The “Chrisley Knows Best” stars’ filed a motion to extend their surrender date by 21 days. Additionally, their motion for a bond while they appeal their convictions was also denied, Fox News Digital reported.
They were found guilty of income tax evasion, bank and wire fraud and conspiracy in June 2022. In November, Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison, while Julie was sentenced to serve seven years in prison.
Todd, 53, will serve his time at Federal Prison Camp Pensacola, a minimum-security prison in Pensacola, Florida.
Julie, 50, will serve her time at the Federal Correctional Institution in Marianna, Florida.
Their daughter Savannah, 25, (pictured center) will be the legal guardian of her brother Grayson, 16, (left) and 10-year-old Chloe, while their parents are doing time in federal prison. The Chrisleys also have a son, Chase, 26.
