Jonathan Majors says video from a taxi cab proves he didn’t hit his ex-girlfriend, who went clubbing after the incident.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Majors was dropped by his publicists and talent management company.

Additionally, fashion house Valentino “mutually agreed” with the disgraced actor that he will not attend this year’s Met Gala as their guest.

Majors was arrested on March 25 in New York City after he called police with concerns about his ex.

NYPD officers observed visible injuries on the woman who told them Majors hit her when she accused him of texting another woman.

Majors says the taxi driver who took him and his ex-girlfriend home from a Brooklyn bar the night of their alleged domestic incident will testify the actor did not hit her in the cab. And he claims there’s video proof she was not injured when she went out to a nightclub after their altercation.

According to TMZ, his attorney Priya Chaudhry filed documents Wednesday in Manhattan, informing the court the driver witnessed the incident and saw the woman assault Majors “while she was attempting to steal his phone.”

Further, the driver will testify Majors never struck the alleged victim “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice.” Majors and his attorney also say the driver saw her “hitting, scratching, and attacking” Majors … and that Majors asked the driver to stop the car, so he could escape her attack — which he did.

The woman allegedly told police she suffered a broken finger and a laceration behind her ear during the altercation. However, in court documents, Chaudhry says they have proof that’s a “complete lie.”

Chaudhry says they have hours of security videos from the club showing the woman went and got drunk after Majors left her in the car — and she also texted him, accusing him of infidelity and threatening suicide.

In the club’s security videos, Chaudhry says the woman casually pushes her hair behind her right ear, reaches into her bag several times, sorts through credit cards, handles a phone, holds a menu and easily holds a glass of champagne.

After leaving the club, the woman showed up at Majors’ apartment at 3:23 a.m., entered his apartment with her key, and called him 32 times and sent several angry, jealous text messages. Majors was not home when she got there.

Majors got home at 11:13 a.m., and found her unconscious and half naked on the floor of his walk-in closet. He also discovered she vomited in his bed, and told him she’d taken “a few sleeping tablets.”

Majors then called 911, and says when paramedics arrived, the woman allegedly repeatedly told them “I don’t know” when asked what happened to her.

Chaudhry claims police body cam footage shows cops interviewing the woman, and “clearly coaching her to say that Mr. Majors grabbed her by the throat.”

Chaudhry and Majors asked the D.A. to review their evidence and “dismiss these false charges against him.”

Meanwhile, more women have come forward alleging domestic abuse against Majors. The women have reportedly spoken to the D.A.’s office about pressing charges.

Majors has been dropped from a number of film projects, including upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, a military recruiting ad campaign, and an ad campaign for the Texas Rangers.

Chaudhry says the “Creed III” star is innocent of all charges and the new allegations against him are all false.

“Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone. We have provided irrefutable evidence to the District Attorney that the charges are false. We are confident that he will be fully exonerated,” she said in a statement.
