Rapper Young Thug’s older brother was arrested on a gun charge, months after he accepted a plea deal to avoid prison time in the YSL RICO case.

Quantavious Grier, a.k.a. Unfoonk, was booked into the Fulton County Jail on Thursday, May 4. He faces charges of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and unlawful association with a criminal street gang.

Grier was previously arrested in May 2022 along with his brother Young Thug, rapper Gunna, and 25 other YSL street gang associates.

Grier accepted a plea deal back in December to avoid prison time in the high-profile RICO case.

The terms of his plea deal included 750 hours of community service and he was not allowed to carry a gun or commit any crimes.

He was also not allowed to contact his brother until the case is over sometime in 2024.

Prosecutors say Grier violated the terms of his plea deal agreement. It’s not clear if his arrest will affect the plea deal.
