Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has dropped her lawsuit against his estate for “illegally” evicting her from Woods’ $54 million mansion in Jupiter, Fla.

Court documents obtained by PEOPLE show the lawsuit against the 47-year-old golfer’s estate was dropped at the end of last month.

Herman, 39, had sued Woods’ estate for using “trickery” to get her to leave the mansion after he briefly moved out.

Herman claimed Woods invited her on an unplanned vacation with him.

When they arrived at the airport, she claims Woods drove up to his private jet, told her to talk to his lawyer, and then drove off.

The attorney reportedly told Herman the locks at the house had been changed and that he “removed her personal belongings, and informed her she could not return,” court documents show.

Woods and Herman began dating when she worked as a manager at his restaurant. She had signed a non-disclosure agreement that she fought unsuccessfully to get out of.

In her court filings, Herman insisted she and Woods had an “oral tenancy agreement” that would have allowed her to live in the home for another five years.

However, lawyers for Woods’ estate denied the claim.

Her attorneys said that $30 million was the “reasonable rental value” for the home over five years. The couple broke up in October 2022 after dating since 2017.
