Sam Asghari is living large in a $10,000 a month luxury apartment paid for by his estranged wife, Britney Spears.
Despite receiving nothing in the couple’s prenup agreement, the unemployed actor isn’t crashing on a friend’s sofa.
According to TMZ, Britney is footing the bill for his new living quarters in one of L.A.’s most high-end apartment buildings.
A source told TMZ Britney is paying Sam’s rent on the advice of her attorney.
TMZ reports that $10,000 a month is the standard rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the building. But Sam used his clout as Britney’s ex to get the same rate for an upgraded apartment.

Sam, 29, filed for divorce from Britney, 41, on August 16, amid allegations that she cheated on him with a house employee.
Sources say Sam and Britney’s relationship was rocky for months. He reportedly went missing for weeks at a time.
Sam’s attorney plans to challenge Britney’s iron-clad prenup, and sources say she will probably end up paying him a few hundred thousand dollars to go away.
Sources tell TMZ that Britney and Sam still aren’t on speaking terms, but they reached an agreement on custody of their 5 dogs.
Sam gets the Doberman named Porsha, while Britney gets their remaining 4 dogs.
