A judge sentenced Cardi B’s bestie Star Brim to one year and one day in prison on RICO gang-related charges.

Judge George B. Daniels rejected the gangbanger’s plea for home detention.

He ordered Star, real name Yonette Respass, to stay away from known gang members, including on the internet. And she must avoid areas known for gang activity.

After she’s released, Respass will serve a three-year supervised probation.

In 2020, police arrested the “Godmother” on RICO charges of running the 5-9 Brims, a faction of the Bloods street gang.

Prosecutors accused Respass of ordering gang members to attack two female bartenders at a strip club in New York.

According to reports, Cardi B had accused one of the women of sleeping with her husband, rapper Offset.

Police also charged Cardi B in that attack, but the Bronx rapper took a plea deal and served probation.

As part of her plea deal, Respass denounced her gang ties and threw herself on the mercy of the court, Radar Online reported.

She asked that the judge sentence her to probation at home so she can be with her minor son.

Respass is pictured with a friend outside the courthouse in NYC after she took a plea deal.

Slang text on the picture reads: “My dawg gon walk that easy sh*t down be back ina sec.” Translation: “My friend will serve her easy sentence and return home soon.”

Judge Daniels recommended that Brim serve her sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut. She is ordered to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons before 2 p.m. on July 1.
