Kevin Jr. agreed to pay $3,713 per month for a 1-bedroom apartment. He also paid more than $7,000 for a security deposit.

Subsequent court documents obtained by Page Six show the eviction case is dismissed. Kevin Jr., who works as a club promoter, apparently paid his debt.

In 2022, a judge evicted Kevin Jr. from a $2 million Miami apartment after he failed to pay $70,000 in back rent.

At the time, Kevin Jr.’s rent was more than $10,000 a month.

In a letter to the eviction judge in 2022, Kevin Jr. admitted he forged his mother’s name on the lease. He said he was unable to pay his rent because his mother’s bank account was frozen.

“As the lease approached the end, my mom went through some health issues that put the court in control of her finances,” he wrote in his letter to the judge.

He added: “All of this happened suddenly and all of the financial support that she always gave me stopped, including my housing.”

Documents showed Wendy Williams paid $100,000 for a full year’s rent.

Wendy’s nephew Travis Finnie said Kevin Jr. spent over $100,000 of Wendy’s money on Uber Eats alone.

Travis implied that Kevin Jr.’s spending habits triggered the court to appoint guardianship to protect her finances.
