The Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) is investigating a possible incident of sexual harassment in the workplace.

The incident happened after the Fever’s stunning upset over the Minnesota Lynx to win their first ever Commissioner’s Cup on Tuesday. Fever superstar Caitlin Clark didn’t play due to a groin injury. But she participated in the celebration in the locker room.

One livestream video shows Caitlin and teammate Sydney Colson telling Colson’s girlfriend to let her have a little fun with the girls.

In another video, Colson approached Clark from behind and simulated a sex act on the All-Star.

A startled Clark jumped up and yelled “No thank you!”

The video quickly went viral and sparked debates about the “toxic” culture in the WNBA.

Former WNBA star Candice Wiggins said she quit the WNBA due to the toxic environment in the league. Wiggins told the San Diego Union-Tribune that the culture was “very, very harmful”.

“I didn’t like the culture inside the WNBA, and without revealing too much, it was toxic for me,” she told the Union-Tribune. “My spirit was being broken.”

“Me being heterosexual and straight, and being vocal in my identity as a straight woman was huge,” Wiggins said. “I would say 98 percent of the women in the WNBA are gay women.”

Wiggins continued: “People were deliberately trying to hurt me all of the time. I had never been called the B-word so many times in my life than I was in my rookie season. I’d never been thrown to the ground so much. The message was: ‘We want you to know we don’t like you.'”
