He spent a large chunk of 2013 making the case for why he should be taken seriously as a designer, culminating with an Adidas deal that will have him designing his very own collection (rumored to be named Yeezi). But it was A.P.C.’s highly quotable founder Jean Touitou who first gave Kanye a chance to design a legitimate menswear collection. In January, the second A.P.C. Kanye capsule was unveiled, and it was a much more extensive and complete offering. For the first time, we were given a clear look at West’s vision for men’s fashion, and it was good. This Thursday, that collection of denim, pants, shirts, sweaters, coats, and even accessories is set to drop at A.P.C. retailers and online. Here’s how to handle it like a pro.
