Yesterday I read an excellent article by Dr. Michael Brown regarding former Olympian Bruce Jenner’s televised revelation that he is a cross dresser.
Dr. Brown, a theologian who holds a Ph.D and teaches in several seminaries, was dragged unmercifully on Twitter.com for saying Bruce Jenner is not a woman.
In a tweet on Friday, Dr. Brown wrote, “My heart goes out to Bruce Jenner, & when he says, ‘I am a woman,’ I hear him saying, ‘I am deeply confused & hurting.’ Let’s pray for him!”
Dr. Brown was immediately attacked Jenner’s hostile supporters for expressing his opinion.
In response to Jenner’s assertion that he’s a woman because he feels like a woman, Dr. Brown asked, “Who said that being a man or a woman is determined by how one feels? Since when are biology & genetics meaningless?”
“How do we deal with such moral madness?” Dr. Brown asked in his article.
He added: “…the fact is that Bruce Jenner is not a woman, and it is not hateful to say so.
“That doesn’t mean he doesn’t feel like he’s a woman. It simply means he’s not a woman.”
During the intense hubbub on Twitter.com that followed Jenner’s interview, I noted that LGBT advocates say having vaginas don’t make us women. But those same advocates will agree that wearing a dress makes a man a woman.
In his article, Dr. Brown touched on that discrepancy.
“After all,” they argue, “who says that boys should play with footballs and girls with princess dolls? That is so sexist and out of date. Yet when a little boy chooses princess dolls over footballs, those same advocates say, “It’s obvious that he is really a she!”
The dysfunctional thought patterns and beliefs of LGBT advocates are being promoted in mainstream news and entertainment media as they seek to normalize the behavior of perverts like Jenner.
Jenner is a sick man who violated his own daughters’ and stepdaughters’ trust and privacy by sneaking into their closets to try on their clothes.
His behavior was so disturbing to his youngest daughter, Kylie, that she programmed her laptop camera to catch him sneaking into her bedroom to try on her clothes.
In similar incidents, Jenner’s stepdaughters Kim and Khloe Kardashian caught him trying on their dresses separately.
It’s not hateful to say Bruce Jenner is not a woman, and it’s not helpful to celebrate a father who violated his daughter’s trust and privacy to gratify his sick desires.
