Rapper Tyga has been added to the cast of Ice Cube‘s Barbershop 3, starring Queen Latifah and Common. The acting gig couldn’t have come at a better time for the 25-year-old single father of one.
The cash-strapped Compton, CA., native is gearing up for a protracted court battle with his “bitter” baby mama, Blac Chyna, who is seeking full custody of their 2-year-old son, King Cairo.
Barbershop 3 has already begun filming on location in Atlanta. Tyga is expected to spend a day or so in Atlanta speaking his 3 or 4 lines before jetting back home to his 17-year-old babysitter, Kylie Jenner.
Chyna, 27, retained an attorney yesterday to seek full custody of King. She said Tyga, who was raised by a single mother, is an unfit parent for their son due to his cradle robbing proclivities.
Tyga hit back by telling gossip tabloid TMZ that Chyna “cares more about twerking than raising their son.”
He said Chyna, a former Miami stripper, can’t get over the fact that he is dating one of her bestie’s little sisters.
Chyna and reality TV personality Kim Kardashian were once tighter than LeBron’s headband. But Kim cut her loose due to conflict of interests after Tyga started dating her sister, Kylie.
According to TMZ there is no formal custody agreement in place. But Tyga gets to see his son on weekends and holidays… and whenever Chyna needs a babysitter.
Tyga, Kylie and his son were spotted above attending Easter Sunday services at a church in California.
Tyga was once quoted as saying he’s only interested in the teenager for her money.
