The University of Houston terminated its contract with a stadium security company after its employees assaulted fans who rushed out onto the field to celebrate the Houston Cougars’ 24-13 victory over the Temple Owls in the AAC championship on Saturday.
Multiple videos taken by fans and sports outlets show the overzealous security guards punching and stomping fans as they rushed the field to celebrate with their team.
In one video, an overzealous security member 2-pieced a male fan who fell to the ground in a crumpled heap. The fan recovered quickly and continued his celebrations on the field.
After viewing the shocking videos, the university terminated its contract with CSC — which bills itself as “the world’s best” in stadium security.

For those who don’t watch the whole video, etc…it was both white and black guards doing the two piecing. On other sites in comments, they were like the black security guards are assaulting white fans.

Really the fans and security were both out of control…. The fans know that’s not allowed… Consequences and reprecussions for our actions…. You don’t get to chose your punishment!!!
I’m sorry but this was hilarious , I’m sure a saw a father and young son run pass looking like they’ve made to the promise land ??. I’d love to know the reason why the security beat the sense out of that one dude though, seemed very very unnecessary. If he was violent in any way I am sure most of the other security would have been all over him so that force seemed excessive.
