Cardi B stunned fans with a star-studded set at Coachella music festival on Sunday night, sharing the stage with her baby bump and rappers G-Eazy, Chance The Rapper, and Kehlani for an all-star rendition of her only hit song, “Bodak Yellow”.
The pregnant rapper, who is expecting her first child with Migos star Offset, also performed “Bartier Cardi” with struggle rapper 21 Savage as part of her set, which included her new tracks off her Invasion of Privacy album, “Finesse”, “Be Careful”, “Ring”, “Drip”, and “Best Life”.
Wearing a custom-made white Alejandro ensemble inspired by girl group TLC, Cardi also showed off her twerking skills during her “She Bad” collaboration with YG. She told the audience of mostly youngsters, “And that’s how I got pregnant!”
Her energetic set took its toll on the star, who laughed at one point: “I’m running out of breath, you know my pregnant ass”.
But she pushed through, telling the audience before performing her latest song with Chance The Rapper: “You know what y’all!? I’m living my best life!”

I actually liked her set. From the hair, makeup, dancers, strippers, and the songs she performed. Her intro was bomb. My ONLY complaint is the way she was twerking with that baby in her belly. Errrr… lol Mya has been independent for quite sometime and in my opinion, has put out high quality music since she left “the industry.” Her Smoove Jones album was nominated for a Grammy last year, which was one of her independent projects. She has another album coming out on 4/20. I don’t think she needs to link up with Cardi’s management.

I haven’t seen her Coachella performance. I saw her when she came to Houston. My ears were leaking when I left the venue. She’s such a beautiful girl. Love her spirit, songwriting and music so much. I just can’t get with the live performances. You should check out her Ctrl album. I love it.
