One of Antonio Brown‘s baby mamas has taken legal action against the unemployed NFL star for child custody and financial support.
Brown was slapped with a paternity lawsuit by Chelsie Kyriss. According to the documents obtained by The Blast, Kyriss filed the suit in a Florida court on January 15.
Kryiss, who is Caucasian, asked the court to confirm Brown is the legal father of their three sons. She also wants the court to determine a set amount for child support.
The lawsuit comes just days after the troubled wide receiver threw Kyriss and their children out of his Hollywood, Florida home and live-streamed himself cursing at her in front of their children.
Brown has five children – four sons and a daughter.
Brown accused Kyriss of attempting to steal his Bentley automobile – a gift from Brown to Kyriss during happier times.
In a previous court case in December, Brown filed an eviction notice to legally evict Kyriss from his home.
In the suit, Brown said Kyriss was a “former girlfriend” who had been living at the home as his guest. He said he repeatedly asked her and his kids to leave, but she refused. “Defendants continue to remain in, occupy or otherwise possess the subject property without honest of Plaintiff,” reads the document.
Brown gave Kyriss a deadline of December 18 to be gone and remove her personal belongings from the property, but she missed the deadline.
Brown was cut by the New England Patriots after one game amid sexual assault allegations against him.
