Tip “T.I” Harris revealed he suffers from memory loss and can’t remember his own lyrics.
The 42-year-old rapper says he is unable to remember the songs he’s written throughout his career.
T.I. opened up about his memory problems during an interview with HipHopDX at the 2023 BET Awards in June.
When asked about his most underrated verse, T.I. said he couldn’t remember.
“I cannot answer that question definitively because I don’t even remember most of the lyrics that I wrote,” he said.
“I still to this day hear a lot of songs that I’ve written, a lot of verses that I’ve spit and I’m like, ‘Damn, okay. I had a hell of a perspective at the time.'”

Most people misplace their keys or their cell phones occasionally, but T.I. is experiencing memory loss that normally occurs with old age.
T.I. reportedly switched careers to standup comedy because he fears forgetting his rap lyrics onstage.
