Naomi Osaka is back on the market after announcing her split from aspiring rapper Cordae. The two began dating in 2019, and they welcomed a daughter together in July.
Naomi was drawn to his edgy raps and she bragged that she hears his music before his fans. She added that Cordae had never heard of her before they met.
The two were inseparable for the first couple of years. Then they began to drift apart as rumors of his cheating ran rampant.
Like most young women, Naomi believed a baby would bring them closer together.
On Tuesday, Oct. 17, Naomi announced the breakup in a tweet.
“I just want someone that will watch the sunset with me,” she wrote.
The single mom is busy scrubbing Cordae off her social media.
The mixed race Japanese-American tennis star rose to fame when she defeated Serena Williams in the 2018 US Open Championship to win her first grand slam title.
