Aspiring rapper DDG has been granted a temporary restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Halle Bailey. DDG accused the “Little Mermaid” actress of domestic violence, verbal and emotional abuse.

DDG, 27, filed the restraining order on Wednesday – weeks after another judge granted Halle permission to take their toddler son, Halo, out of the country.

Halle, 25, requested sole physical custody of Halo in a petition to the court last month. She said she was “seeking permission” to take Halo with her to Italy where she’s filming a movie.

DDG, a former rapper-turned YouTube streamer, requested an emergency hearing to prevent Halle from taking their son to Italy. He claimed Halle is mentally unstable and suffers from mental issues.

He listed troubling incidents in the petition including Halle taking his gun and leaving the house without telling him where she was going.

In his petition, DDG included photos of injuries on his hands that resemble bite marks. He said the wounds were inflicted on him by Halle.

DDG said Halle posed “an immediate threat to my safety and emotional well-being”. He added that Halle “weaponized our pregnancy” with threats that she would abort their baby if he didn’t comply with her demands.

He included statements from his mother, Tonya Granberry, and her fiancé, George Charleston, to support his claims. Tonya claimed she discovered several Apple AirTags “left behind” by Halle to track DDG’s location.

Tonya said Halle’s actions were a “clear and deliberate pattern of unauthorized surveillance and stalking” of her son.

On Wednesday, the court granted a temporary restraining order against Halle, ordering her not to stalk, harass, impersonate or surveil DDG.

However, a judge denied DDG’s request to prevent Halle from taking Halo to Italy.

The court denied his “no contact” and “stay-away” requests until a hearing set for June 24.

British citizens are furious over video that shows Meghan Markle twerking and grinding in the delivery room. Meghan posted the video on Wednesday, June 4, to celebrate her daughter Lilibet’s 4th birthday.

In the video, the Duchess of Windsor is seen twerking and dropping it low – all while 9 months pregnant.

Meghan, 43, captioned the video: “Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work – there was only one thing left to do!”

Prince Harry, 40, also danced with his wife in the delivery room. In addition to Lilibet, Harry and Meghan are parents to a son named Archie, 6.

Social media users scoffed at Meghan’s claim that she danced to induce labor with her youngest child. People who have given birth were particularly skeptical of Meghan’s claim.

One X user wrote: “I think it is disgusting. I have several daughters and we have all had at least one child… Never were any of us able to dance like that at 9 months pregnant!”

@mamboitaliano__ wrote: “This time, Meghan Markle has really gone too far. I am deeply outraged.” She added, “Motherhood, for those fortunate enough to experience it, is a gift, a state of grace, a miracle of life itself. It deserves to be respected, protected with love and discretion, because it is precious.”

Others doubt Meghan was pregnant in the video. One X user described Meghan’s belly as “a pile of newspapers wedged under a dress.”

A healthcare worker wrote in a comment on @Buzzfeed: “Never in my life have I ever seen a baby bump that looked or moved around like that. If she was pregnant, she had a very misshapen baby bump. I know when I went through labor, there’s no way I would have gotten up and danced like that.”

Former “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” co-star Khadiyah Lewis has died. Her brother, Elijah, confirmed her death in a post on social media. Lewis was 44.

“You left behind a legacy most individuals can only dream of… God blessed me when He made me your baby brother,” Elijah wrote.

According to an online obituary, Lewis died on May 30, 2025. She reportedly took her own life.

Lewis is best known for fighting reality star Karlie Redd over Yung Joc on Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta. Lewis also had disagreements with the mothers of Yung Joc’s children.

Lewis was introduced on Season 3 as “KD”, Yung Joc’s real estate agent and assistant. She did not return to the show after LHHATL’s Season 4 Reunion.

On her social media accounts, Lewis described herself as a real estate broker, motivational speaker, brand ambassador, finance manager, credit specialist and tax consultant. She had 147,000 followers on Instagram.

Visitation for Khadiyah Jaleela Lewis is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Earl M. Temple Memorial Chapel, 2801 N. Kelley Avenue, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the same location.

She will be laid to rest at Trice Hill Cemetery 5101 N. Coltrane Rd. in Oklahoma City.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to organizations supporting mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

Barack and Michelle Obama’s eldest daughter, Malia, has decided to drop her famous last name. Going forward, Malia will be known only as Malia Ann.

Malia Ann uses her middle name in her film projects and artistic pursuits. She is credited as Malia Ann in her short film “The Heart” which she wrote and directed. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2024.

Former President Obama published an open letter to Malia Ann and her sister Sasha in Parade magazine. He said that he wanted her to grow up to be a compassionate person with no limits on her dreams.

Michelle Obama commented on her daughter’s name change in a podcast co-hosted by Oliver and Kate Hudson on Wednesday, June 4. The former first lady said she respects that Malia is trying to “make her way” in life without her parents’ influence.

Michelle said: “She took off her last name, and we were like, they’re still going to know it’s you, Malia. But we respected the fact that she’s trying to make her way.”

“You’re trying to distinguish yourself, I mean it is very important for my kids to feel like they’ve earned what they are getting in the world,” she said. “And they don’t want people to assume that they don’t work hard, that they’re just naturally just handed things. They’re very sensitive to that.”

She filed for divorce in 2024. In her live chat this week, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper said she would “end up killing” Offset if they remained together for one more day.

“I don’t think people understand how tired I was. How tired, how mentally drained I was,” she told fans, according to PEOPLE. “Drained, drained, drained. Couldn’t eat. I was getting frequent headaches. I was literally losing my mind.”

Offset’s cheating ways nearly landed Cardi B in prison. She was arrested in October 2018 and charged with assaulting two female bartenders at a strip club in Queens, NY. One of the women allegedly had an affair with Offset.

Former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has cut ties with the Democratic Party. Jean-Pierre is registering as an independent, according to a press release on Wednesday.

Jean-Pierre, 50, served under 2 Democratic Presidents, Joe Biden and Barack Obama. She is the first openly lesbian and Black woman to serve as White House press secretary.

Jean-Pierre no longer works for the federal government. She explained her decision in her upcoming book, “Independent: A Look Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines.”

“Until January 20, I was responsible for speaking on behalf of the President of the United States,” Jean-Pierre said in a statement released by the Hachette Book Group.

“At noon on that day, I became a private citizen who, like all Americans and many of our allies around the world, had to contend with what was to come next for our country,” she continued. “I determined that the danger we face as a country requires freeing ourselves of boxes. We need to be willing to exercise the ability to think creatively and plan strategically.”

In a video posted to Instagram, Jean-Pierre said she decided to “follow my own compass,” and she urged people to “stop thinking in boxes” and “not be so partisan.”

Jean-Pierre encouraged Americans to “embrace life as Independents.”

A 16-year-old high school track star is “devastated” after California officials stripped her state title for celebrating with a fire extinguisher.

Clara Adams had just won the 400-meter race at Buchanan High School on Saturday when her father, David, handed her the fire extinguisher. Cell phone video shows the teenager spraying her feet with the extinguisher.

The celebration paid tribute to Olympic gold medalist Maurice Greene whose track shoes were sprayed with a fire extinguisher after he won a 100 meter race in 2004.

However, California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) officials called the celebration “unsportsmanlike conduct” and stripped Adams of the 400-meter gold.

“I worked so hard for that title,” Adams told KSBW 8. “I’m disappointed and I feel robbed. I am in shock.”

David, who is also a sprinting coach, said his daughter didn’t do anything wrong. He said she wasn’t near her opponents when she activated the fire extinguisher.

“When she blew the fire extinguisher, the opponents were gone,” David told KSBW.

Another infraction occurred when David jumped the fence and ran onto the track. “I saw an official grab my daughter by the arm. They were yelling in her face… I went over the wall at that point,” David explained.

“I’m a father now, I’m not coach anymore. I’m over the wall,” he added.

Even if Adams is reinstated and she gets her gold medal, she said the moment is gone.

“They (officials) yelled at me and told me, ‘We’re not letting you on the podium.’ They took my moment away from me,” Adams said.
