Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are seen during a rare family outing with their children amid breakup rumors.

Ashton and Mila were photographed leaving an ice cream shop in Los Angeles with their daughter Wyatt, 9, and son Dimitri, 7, on Thursday.

Ashton, 46, and Mila, 41, denied rumors that their marriage is on the rocks over his past association with jailed music mogul Sean Combs.

“This is absolutely ridiculous and false,” an insider told PEOPLE in response to the rumors of a breakup.

Ashton told another source that he “regrets” partying with Combs during his infamous “freak offs” which took place in the late ’90s and 2000s.

Combs, 54, was charged on Sept. 16 with sex trafficking, kidnapping, and transportation across state lines to engage in prostitution. Combs has pleaded not guilty and he hired attorneys who specialize in filing appeals to help him overturn his no bond order.

The rapper is currently in a federal lockup in Brooklyn, NY, where he is awaiting trial next year.

Insiders say Ashton was secretly recorded during Combs’ freak off parties. He is “terrified” that Combs might “make up false stories” as part of a plea deal. Ashton worries that he will be named in a federal indictment.

But Ashton’s rep denies that he was involved in the debauchery at Combs’ estates in the Hamptons, Miami and Los Angeles.

“Ashton has no involvement in any of this. He doesn’t belong in this conversation about Diddy. Ashton has only seen Diddy in a handful of social and business events, all of which have been documented by the media,” said the source.

Mila and Ashton met as costars on the set of “That ’70s Show,” which ran from 1998 to 2006 on Fox. They began dating in early 2012 after Ashton divorced Demi Moore, and Mila had split from longtime partner Macaulay Culkin.

Halle Berry’s ex-husband Olivier Martinez asked a judge to force Halle to pay his legal fees in their child custody battle.

Olivier demanded $360,000 from the actress to continue to fight her over custody of their 10-year-old son, Maceo Martinez, In Touch reported.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Olivier, 58, is asking the court for up $363,270.59, including $320,000 for attorney fees, $25,000 for a forensic accountant, $7,500 for a custody expert and $10,000 for transcript costs.

The French actor said he’s broke and had to sell his last expensive watch, a Rolex, for $10,000 to hire a new lawyer after his former lawyers quit.

Olivier said he paid $55,000 to the law firm, which he wants reimbursed by Halle. He said that he obtained a $45,000 loan to pay the fees, and the rest came from the sale of his Rolex watch.

Olivier’s new lawyer said he asked [Halle] to pay his attorney fees since she earns significantly more money than her ex does. But Halle denied his request.

The attorney said Halle’s refusal to pay her ex’s legal fees was denying [Olivier’s] access to justice.

His lawyer argued that “[Olivier] has been asking [Halle] for months to make an attorney fee contribution as he does not have sufficient funds to pay his counsel. She has refused this request, despite the fact that [Halle] is admittedly earning several millions of dollars at this time, and likely more given her new movie about to be released.”

“She has fought [Olivier] aggressively, choosing the most expensive manner of dispute resolution — through the Court system, refusing continuances and foregoing hearings that she admittedly believes would waste resources,” the lawyer wrote in court papers.

Olivier and Halle split after 3 years of marriage. Their divorce dragged on for years until Halle agreed to pay Olivier $8,000 a month in child support. Both agreed to attend coparenting therapy. But Halle complained that Olivier stopped showing up. She asked the court to force him to attend the therapy sessions for their son’s sake.

Halle, 58, asked the court to award her sole legal custody.

The actress claimed she spent over $200,000, including $55,000 paid to Olivier’s former lawyers.

The mother of Kansas City Chiefs star Rashee Rice was caught on video stealing a neighbor’s package.

TMZ obtained the Ring doorbell footage that shows Texas resident Marsha Kearney walk past her neighbor’s door and glance down at the package on the floor.

Kearney strolled past the door again, but this time she moved the package with her foot before bending down to pick it up.

The neighbor told TMZ the package contained Chappell Roan vinyl records.

The neighbor easily identified the thief in the video. Kearney wore a custom-made “Momma-Rice” No. 4 jersey.

After attempting to resolve the issue with Kearney — who denied stealing the records — the neighbor called police.

TMZ Sports reached out to law enforcement, who confirmed a police report was made on Wednesday regarding the alleged theft on September 29.

So far, no charges have been filed against Kearney.

The incident happened just a few hours after the Chiefs defeated the Chargers 17-10 in Los Angeles on Sept. 29. Unfortunately, Rice left the game with an ACL tear in his knee.

If you recall, Rice was arrested for causing a chain-reaction, 6-car crash while racing a Corvette on a Dallas, Texas highway on March 30. Rice and his friends abandoned their vehicles on the highway and walked away before cops arrived.

He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with injuries — a felony in the state of Texas.

Police found weed in the Lamborghini Rice was driving. The amount of weed constitutes a felony in Texas, according to WFAA.

Rapper Offset recently accused his estranged wife Cardi B of cheating on him while she was pregnant with their third child.

Well, Instagram blogger DJ Akademiks dropped hints that the other man is Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill.

In a livestream video, Akademiks said, “Oh by the way, I did hear who the person was Offset allegedly caught Cardi B with.”

Akademiks emphasized that the guy Cardi was creeping with is a known womanizer.

“Yo, you’re always gonna be mad at your girl even more when the ni**a she chooses to entertain is a dog! That ni**a get like three, four other ni**a’s b*tches. Like, yo, like this ni**a is a dog! I’m wondering how tf he even got time to do his original job.”

Akademiks asked his viewers to name names. “Y’all not even close,” he said before dropping a hint that the man is “a football player. It’s a NFL ni**a…”

“Ni**a might even caught a touchdown,” he said under his breath.

He continued: “Yo, if I’m Offset, man, I can’t root for that team no more, bruh.”

Most people guessed that the player was Tyreek Hill, who is expecting a baby with his wife, Keeta Vaccaro.

Last year, Hill was hit with two paternity suits from women who say he fathered their children and abandoned them.

Hill, who married Keeta Vaccaro in November 2023, voluntarily paid both women $2,500 a month. Hill and Keeta are expecting a baby girl any day now. Hill is rumored to have at least 10 children with multiple women.

Brittany Lackner, who gave birth to his son, Soul, in February 2023, claimed Hill demanded another DNA test before he paid child support.

A second woman, Kimberly Baker, 29, came forward in May 2023. She accused Hill of demonstrating “utter and abject unconcern” for their baby girl, Trae Love Hill.

Baker is also receiving $2,500 a month in child support, but she told Broward County, Florida family court that her child’s “basic needs” cost $10,000 a month.

A book allegedly written by Sean Combs’ late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter has been removed from Amazon.com.

Porter’s family and friends insisted the 58-page book, titled “Kim Porter’s Lost Words,” was fake.

Porter’s ex Al B. Sure! sent a cease & desist to Amazon to halt the sales of the fraudulent memoir.

The book claimed the “Nite and Day” singer slept with Porter and her other ex, Sean “Puffy” Combs, who is locked up at a federal detention center in Brooklyn.

In a statement to Complex, an Amazon spokesperson confirmed the book is no longer available. The spokesperson wrote in an email on Wednesday: “We were made aware of a dispute regarding this title and have notified the publisher. This book is not currently available for sale in our store.”

The book was self-published under the pseudonym “Jamal T. Millwood” on Amazon last month. The publisher’s real name is Todd Christopher Guzze.

Porter (pictured with her bestie Eboni Elektra) died unexpectedly from double pneumonia in 2018 at age 47.

Despite being fake, the book “Kim Porter’s Lost Words” made the best-seller’s list on Amazon.

Guzze has claimed he’s not sure if the diary is real. He claims he received Porter’s writings on a flash drive from a close friend of hers.

Porter is pictured with her late mom, Sarah L. Porter, and her son Quincy in 2004.

In his cease & desist, Sure! said the book falsely portrays him having sexual relations with Combs.

Sure! sent a cease & desist to former Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and current CEO Andy Jassy.

Sure!’s attorney Robert J. Hantman said his client has been “defamed by false and malicious statements published” in the book.

The letter also stated, “Should you fail to comply with these demands within ten days, we will have no alternative but to pursue all legal remedies available, including filing a lawsuit for defamation.”

    Sandra Rose/Sandrarose.com

The letter further claims the book, “falsely portrays Mr. Brown as engaging in fabricated sexual conduct, particularly with Sean Combs and the mother of his son, Quincy.”

The letter adds: “By misrepresenting his personal life and fabricating serious, false accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior, these defamatory claims have caused significant damage to Mr. Brown’s reputation.”

Sure! tells Page Six, “The part with me, I have nothing to do with any activity of that nature. It’s the most disgusting, heinous lie I have ever heard of in my life.”

The letter demanded that the author stop selling the book, and issue a public apology that, “must be clear, unequivocal, and widely circulated.”

A mentally disturbed TikTok influencer has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Baton Rouge therapist.

Terryon Thomas, also known as “Mr. Prada”, a popular influencer on TikTok, was arrested Monday by police in Dallas County, Texas.

The 20-year-old was wanted in connection with the murder of William Nicholas Abraham, whose body was found wrapped in a tarp along a Louisiana highway over the weekend.

Thomas is charged with damage to property, resisting an officer and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He is being held without bond. His charges are expected to be upgraded to murder.

The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office in Hammond, La., said the coroner’s office determined Abraham, 69, was beaten to death with a blunt instrument.

On Monday afternoon, Tangipahoa Parish authorities released surveillance camera screenshots of Thomas driving Abraham’s vehicle in Baton Rouge. The vehicle sped away from cops during a traffic stop. After crashing the car, Thomas got out and fled on foot.

Thomas, who has 4 million followers on TikTok, is believed to be the last person to see Abraham alive.

The sheriff’s department said there is no clear motive for the murder.

East Baton Rouge Parish court records obtained by 4WWL TV show that Abraham was arrested in 2015 for inappropriately touching an 11-year-old boy during a therapy session.

Last year Thomas recorded a TikTok video that read “practicing for my mug shot cuz this might be the year someone gonna meet God if they piss me off too much.”

Jay Z Tried to Pay Tenant Organizer $20K/Month in Casino Deal

Jay Z reportedly paid a tenants association president $20,000 a month to pave the way for his proposed $250 million casino bid in Times Square.

Residents of the 1,700 unit Manhattan Plaza Section 8 housing don’t want the proposed casinos in their neighborhood. They object to the casinos because they will bring more crime and unwanted foot traffic to the neighborhood.

Manhattan Plaza Tenants Association President Aleta LaFargue denies allegations that she accepted $20,000 a month from the 54-year-old rapper for “consulting services.”

    Michael Loccisano/Getty Images

$20,000 a month is nothing compared to the millions that will roll in if Jay Z gets a license to build his casino.

LaFargue was also offered money from competing developers after New York City was greenlighted for a casino gaming license.

THE CITY obtained a copy of the consulting agreement between Jay Z, Roc Nation and LaFargue which was unsigned.

LaFargue received the agreement in an email from a Roc Nation attorney, Colin Brown. The lawyer wrote, “I understand you already discussed the terms of this agreement with Desiree [Perez] (i.e., $20K per month for community engagement/social impact advice).”

LaFrague denied everything in a phone call with THE CITY.

“They’ve asked, would I help them understand the community better. And this is the same thing I’ve offered to Related and the same thing we offer to Silverstein if you want to come here,” referring to two other developers with competing proposals for casinos in Manhattan.

“I’m working for a consultant firm but not directly for [Roc Nation],” she said.

But an hour later LaFargue called back with a different story. She denied working with a consulting firm or with Roc Nation.

“I haven’t signed any contracts, is what I’m saying. They’re not paying me,” she said.

When asked about her earlier remarks, she said “I’m not working for a firm. I will work as a consultant at times, yes, but I’ve not gotten paid for it.”

Asked again about her changing stories, LaFargue said, “maybe I’m just like speaking in the lofty way that I try to speak. I’m an aspirational consultant.”

A day later LaFargue emailed THE CITY to change her story for a third time.

“Despite rumors, I have not signed a contract with Roc Nation, the Times Square Casino BID, nor any other BID for a casino in our neighborhood. My role in the Tenants Association is to promote the tenant’s wishes; that is what I have done, and that is what I will continue to do,” she wrote.

Jay Z did not return a blogger’s email requesting a comment.

The side chick of a deceased man showed up at his funeral to confront his grieving wife and children. The incident happened on July 28, 2023 in Dayton, Ohio.

What was supposed to be a peaceful homegoing service turned into a public spectacle when the 28-year-old side chick and her family showed up at the funeral home to pay their final respects.

Emotions were already running high, but things quickly escalated when the woman confronted the wife and threatened her, according to witnesses.

The woman refused to leave the funeral home, saying she was going to put the wife into the ground along with her husband.

The funeral service ended early because the woman refused to leave.

Eventually, the police were called, and the side chick was arrested with some resistance. She was charged with making threats to the grieving wife and battery on a police officer.

The wife told police she was aware of her husband’s side chick for years.

The side chick told police the wife asked her to wait at the funeral home until the other mourners left before paying her respects.

Most of the commenters on YouTube sided with the grieving wife.

One person wrote: “Its so many women in these comments defending this side piece?. Bottom line, if youre [sic] not his wife, you have no authority, no say so, no power, and you get no respect. Let that woman bury her husband, whether he was trash or not, and you say your goodbyes at the cemetery after shes done. You accepted being a mistress while he was alive, play your position in death as well.”

Another person wrote: “Confronting the wife at his funeral is some nasty work.”

A third person wrote: “The audacity of this chick, if you show up at my husband’s funeral it won’t be you making the threats it would be me making and delivering the threats. Why would the side chick “and her family” show up at all, y’all crazy as hell and messy.”

Some of the men in the comments said they could see why the deceased man stepped out on his wife.

    Watch the video below.
