Ye hired Tony Saxon in 2021 to renovate his Malibu Beach house. The handyman said Ye promised to pay him $20,000 a week to renovate the 3-story oceanfront mansion.

Saxon claims he received only one payment and he was fired after raising safety concerns at the construction site.

Saxon filed his lawsuit in 2023, claiming he was unfairly terminated after 7 weeks on the job. Saxon said he performed duties including demolition, project management, and security work at the site.

He claims he severely injured his back and neck while on the job and Ye failed to secure workers’ compensation for the project.

Ye purchased the house in 2021 for $57 million. The house did not have walls, bathrooms or plummbing while it was being renovated.

He sold the house in 2024 for $24 million at a huge loss.

Ye’s attorney, Andrew Cherkasky accused Saxon of committing fraud. He asked the judge to toss the case. The judge didn’t rule on the request on Thursday.

While testifying on the stand, Saxon denied telling a psychiatrist in December 2021 that he voluntarily quit his job. He continued to deny quitting after Cherkasky confronted him with the psychiatrist’s notes.

Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori surprised photographers when she arrived to court Thursday fully dressed.

She wore a black long sleeve knit top and a black maxi skirt with silver heels. Her hair was pulled back in a slick bun and she wore black half-rim glasses for a studious look.

Bianca also testified in court. She said she wasn’t involved in the renovation project and she didn’t have much contact with Saxon.

Before testimony started, Judge Brock T. Hammond reminded everyone to comply with the dress code in his courtroom.

“The parties and witnesses you’re calling must comply with the basic dress code of the court,” the judge said.

It seems the judge is aware of Bianca’s habit of wearing barely any fa when she’s out & about with her husband.

The judge specifically warned against wearing hats, sunglasses, or revealing clothing in his courtroom. He added that anyone who failed to comply would be ejected from the courtroom.

“If a witness is not dressed appropriately, they will be turned around at the door,” the judge stated.

An Atlanta woman was arrested in Florida and charged with participating in a fraud scheme run by prison inmates.

She is accused of participating with a Georgia prison ring to steal $79,000 from a Deltona, Florida woman in a telephone scam.

Youngblood, led by the prison gang, impersonated law enforcement officers who threatened jail time if victims didn’t pay thousands of dollars via Bitcoin ATMs.

Youngblood was caught when she transferred the stolen cash through Bitcoin wallets.

Sheriff Mike Chitwood confronted Youngblood outside the jail as she arrived handcuffed at the wrists and ankles.

“D’Zyre, you didn’t think this one through enough,” he told her. Chitwood introduced Youngblood to the sergeant who tracked her down. He also introduced her to a captain who prison inmates impersonated on the phone.

“This is the real guy that you guys are calling and saying collect money,” he told her.

“So you can tell your homeboys that when you f–k around in Volusia County, you’re getting locked up. So I don’t know if it was worth it or not.”

In a press release, Chitwood said Youngblood played a role “in one of those fraud rings that calls your phone posing as law enforcement.”

He continued, “They threaten you with jail if you don’t pay thousands.’

X.com user @FrankumAngelia wrote in a post: “Good! Again, I hope Georgia uses some of that DHS funding we got for the ICE facilities, to upgrade our prison and jails in Georgia. There is SO much corruption in Georgia, from politicians to the actual inmates.”

X user @LittleTinoATL wrote: “Got one of these calls s week ago. Made it about a minute in out of curiosity before I hung up.”

X user @_DNP91 commented: “Good! I got a call like this from a fake ICE agent with an Indian accent. Had me pull up the ICE website and the picture was a white lady (I knew then) … She claimed someone bought a drug house in Texas in my name and was mailing drugs. FAKE!”

Mathew Knowles storms out of interview after reporter credits Tina Knowles: “What work did she do?”

Beyoncé’s father, Mathew Knowles stormed out of an interview after a reporter credited his ex-wife, Tina Knowles, with the success of Beyoncé and her girl group Destiny’s Child.

PIX11 anchor Kendis Gibson suggested that the success of Destiny’s Child “was a joint effort” between Mathew and Tina Knowles.

“What work did she do?” asked Mathew, who developed and managed Destiny’s Child.

Gibson said Tina styled the girls’ hair and that the group’s success was a joint effort.

“We’ll stop now,” said Mathew, as he stood up.

“Did I say something wrong?” Gibson asked him. Mathew assured Gibson that he did not, before walking out.

Destiny’s Child formed in Houston, Texas, in the late 1990s when Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Roberson, Beyoncé, and LeToya Luckett were still in high school.

Mathew reacted to a report on Page Six that Gibson arrived late to their interview and asked multiple questions about Tina Knowles.

Mathew said, “the interview was supposed to be about Destiny’s Child’s tribute concert.”

In February, he announced the Destiny’s Child Reimagined Tribute tour, featuring orchestral covers of classic Destiny’s Child songs.

“How it starts is how it ends. It started on a bad note, and obviously ended on a bad note for [Gibson],” Mathew continued. “I politely ended the interview, shook his hand, and took a photograph.”

Mathew and Miss Tina were married for 31 years and share Beyoncé and Solange Knowles. They divorced in 2011 after it was reported that he spawned several out-of-wedlock children.

Beyoncé addressed her parents’ divorce in her 2014 song “Ring Off,” which includes lyrics such as, “Mama, I understand your many sleepless nights / When you sit and you think about Father. / Or how you tried to be the perfect wife,” and “You found a new man now you shine and you’re fine. / Like it’s my time, you took that ring off.”

In a 2025 interview, Miss Tina told Gayle King that she and Mathew “are on good terms because we did a good job” raising their daughters.

Despite Mathew’s flaws, Miss Tina said she “never questioned whether he loved me or my kids.”

Meta faces lawsuits over smart glasses’ privacy claims

Meta was hit with a class action lawsuit following reports that the company’s contractors are viewing footage from users’ AI smart glasses.

Contractors who analyze users’ footage say Meta’s Ray-Ban AI smart glasses record everything.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in federal court in San Francisco, alleges that Meta misled users about privacy claims.

“The undisclosed human review pipeline renders the Meta AI Glasses’ privacy features materially misleading, transforms the product from a personal device into a surveillance conduit,” the lawsuit says.

Meta sold over 7 million pairs of Ray-Ban AI smart glasses in 2025. That’s 2 million more pairs than they sold in 2023 and 2024 combined.

The smart glasses with integrated camera (left) and microphone (right) are supposed to be stored locally on users’ devices.

But workers in India and Kenya have reported seeing “intimate” footage, including bathroom visits, getting undressed, and footage of children.

A spokesperson for Meta confirmed to Engadget that human contractors can view footage from its smart glasses in some cases.

Meta’s contractors are asked to review the footage of everything recorded by AI smart glasses. Some contractors in India and Kenya say they are seeing things they wish they weren’t.

“In some videos you can see someone going to the toilet, or getting undressed,” one contractor said. “I don’t think they know, because if they knew they wouldn’t be recording.”

“I saw a video where a man puts the glasses on the bedside table and leaves the room,” one contractor told a reporter. “Shortly afterwards his wife comes in and changes her clothes.”

Other footage included data from bank cards and banking details on computer screens. Contractors also see users watching p0rn, or even filming intimate bedroom activity with their glasses.

The fine print in the Meta app specifies data collection from AI smart glasses.

MSN readers are disturbed by the invasion of privacy.

One MSN reader wrote:

“All cameras should have covers built in or physical disconnect switches. I’m always amazed at the amount of spyware people go out and pay money to carry around.”

Another MSN user wrote:

“Humans cause their own destruction. We all knew computers, phones, tv’s, anything that has a microphone or camera, spied on us as soon as the Patriot Act passed. Edward Snowden also leaked all the documents to the public on what the government and tech agencies were doing. Yet here we are years later and nothing has changed. People still buy the tech, and they still spy. People are allowing their privacy to be invaded by simply using these things. If you don’t want to be seen or heard, don’t buy it. Simple.”

Did a $220 Million DHS Ad Campaign Cost Kristi Noem Her Job?

Hours before replacing Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, President Trump denied knowledge of a $220 million DHS ad campaign.

Trump said he didn’t recall approving the $220 million budget for the ad campaign at the border.

“I never knew anything about it,” Trump told Reuters in a phone interview.

The White House announced Noem’s removal as DHS secretary on Thursday.

Oklahoma Senator Markwayne Mullin replaced Noem as the new head of DHS.

In a post on X.com, Noem thanked Trump for appointing her as the new Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas.

Shield of America’s Security Initiative

Trump will officially announce the new Shield of America’s Security Initiative at a news conference on Saturday, March 7, in Doral, Florida.

Lawmakers on Capitol Hill grilled Noem about the ad budget during Tuesday’s hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“The president approved ahead of time you spending $220 million running TV ads across the country in which you are featured prominently?” Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) asked Noem.

“I’m not saying you’re not telling the truth,” Kennedy added. “It’s just hard for me to believe, knowing the president as I do, that you said, ‘Mr. President, here’s some ads I’ve cut, and I’m going to spend $220 million running them,'” Kennedy continued.

“The president tasked me with getting the message out to the country and to other countries where we were seeing the invasion come from,” Noem explained.

Kennedy said the ads were effective in boosting Noem’s name recognition.

Global news company Semafor discovered the $220 million budget after reviewing documents that were publicly available.

Noem announced the “nationwide and international multimillion-dollar ad campaign” in a post on X.com on February 17.

The $220 million ad campaign was awarded to Louisiana-based People Who Think LLC and Virginia-based Safe America Media LLC.

DHS also allocated $143 million in no-bid contracts to Safe America Media, LLC between February and August 2025. Safe America Media, LLC was created just 8 days before being rewarded the multi-million dollar no-bid contract.

Noem couldn’t answer when a lawmaker asked her where Safe America Media’s headquarters is located.

“I don’t know,” she replied.

“Is there a problem with this contract?” Noem asked Colorado Rep. Joe Neguse during the hearing.

“You want the American people to believe that this is all above board, that $143 million of taxpayer money just happened to go to this one company that doesn’t have a headquarters, doesn’t have a website, has never done work for the federal government before?” Neguse pressed her.

“The reason why I ask these questions is because this is taxpayer money,” he continued. “Eventually the facts will become public in this regard.”

There is no evidence that Safe America Media is tied to Noem’s rumored lover, DHS employee Corey Lewandowski, who is married to Noem’s ex-chief DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has been reassigned to another position. The White House announced Noem’s reassignment on Thursday.

Noem thanked Trump for appointing her as the new Special Envoy for the Shield of the Americas.

As for why Noem was reassigned, CBS News reports that two administration officials said the president was unhappy with the fallout from the immigration operations in Minnesota.

Trump was particularly troubled by the deaths of two US citizens (Renee Good and Alex Pretti) at the hands of federal agents.

“President Trump is grateful to @KristiNoem for helping usher in the most secure border in American history, and he looks forward to her continuing to serve in her new important role,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote on X.com.

Trump named Oklahoma Senator Markwayne Mullin to replace Noem as the new head of DHS.

Leavitt assured Americans that Sen. Mullin is “extraordinarily qualified” for the job and that the White House will work to get him confirmed in the Senate “as quickly as possible”.

“President Trump’s immigration agenda is keeping our borders secure and deporting illegal alien criminals from our country, and it will continue without interruption,” she said.

Noem’s reassignment came days after Trump ordered missile strikes in Iran that killed Supreme leader Ali Khamenei and his top officials.

There are reports that Iranian sleeper cells are in the U.S. and there may be terrorist attacks on U.S. soil.

Rapper T.I. says King Harris crossed the line in 50 Cent beef

Rapper Tip “T.I.” Harris says he didn’t enjoy his sons King Harris (left) and Domani Harris joining his rap beef with television mogul 50 Cent.

He said King went too far and crossed the line when he dissed 50 Cent‘s deceased mother, Sabrina Jackson, who passed away when 50 Cent was 8 years old. He was raised by his grandmother.

King and Domani roasted 50 Cent after the 50-year-old posted photos of King’s mother, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, on his social media pages.

King told 50 Cent to dig up his deceased mother and post her photo on social media.

During an appearance on the Ebro Laura Rosenberg Show on Tuesday, T.I. said he appreciates his son defending Tiny, but he didn’t particularly enjoy the disrespect to another man’s mother.

“No, I don’t enjoy it,” T.I. said. “I spent so much time trying to get this lil n—a off the ledge. Now, he has justifiable means to undo all of the teaching that I’ve been teaching,” he said. “I’m a logical, reasonable man of respect. I raise my children to be men of respect. Logical, reasonable and not to be emotional.”

“The one thing that I am proud of this is that the women and children in our families see that it’s a line of men that’s here against who the f—k ever,” T.I. explained. “We not here to defeat. I’m here to defend. I’m here to protect what’s ours. I’d die in the streets about this s—t here.”

T.I. was disappointed that King wore a T-shirt with 50 Cent’s deceased mom printed on the front.

Rapper Rick Ross (right) hopped in King’s comments and asked him for one of the T-shirts.

“I said that’s enough when I seen that damn T-shirt. I said, ‘This is enough.’ I said, ‘Chill out, bro,'” T.I. says he told King. “I’m big on treating people the way I want to be treated. I don’t be out here just doing unto others in ways I don’t want to be dealt with. They like, ‘This is in response.’ It’s over with, let the s–t go, bro.”

Ex-DeKalb County Sheriff Sidney Dorsey died Monday from natural causes at Augusta State Medical Prison in Grovetown, Georgia. He was 86.

In 2002, Dorsey was convicted of ordering a hit on Derwin Brown, who defeated Dorsey in the runoff election in November 2000.

Brown was ambushed and shot by hitmen outside his Decatur, Georgia home on December 15, 2000, just days before he was to take office.

Prosecutors said Dorsey (pictured in prison) was bitter over his defeat and arranged Brown’s death by paying off-duty deputies to commit the hit.

Dorsey confessed to his role, but he claimed he attempted to call off the hit.

He was sentenced to life in prison, plus an additional 23 years on racketeering and violation of oath of office convictions.

Two of the hitmen, Melvin Walker and David Ramsey, were acquitted of murder in state court, but they were found guilty in federal court, and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Brown (pictured) had said he planned to fire Dorsey’s corrupt deputies after he took office.

During Dorsey’s term in office, there were allegations of inmate abuse at the DeKalb County Jail. There were also accusations that he used on-duty deputies to staff his security agency.

He previously killed a man in 1970, when his gun accidentally discharged during a scuffle.

Dorsey is survived by 5 children. He was married to former Atlanta Councilwoman Sherry Dorsey from 1954 to 2006.
