Publicity reps are paid to dupe the unsuspecting public into believing whatever line they feed us. When a celebrity is in need of damage control because of persistent rumors such as he is sleeping with his manager who is old enough to be his mama – they usually resort to the manufactured relationship.

Hollywood has been faking celebrity relationships since the early days of moving pictures. Remember Rock Hudson who dated many Hollywood starlets so the public wouldn’t find out that he was gay? And who can forget the totally unbelievable relationship between Ciara and Bow Wow? Honestly, who did they think they were fooling?

Now we have Rihanna, the new Hollywood IT girl who we’re supposed to believe is dating the prince of R&B, Chris Brown. It would be cute if it were true, but unfortunately it isn’t. Good try though, Tina.

Besides surprising Porsche with her own custom jeans from her D Cut clothing line for women with unusual gluteal measurements, Deelishis dropped a bomb that she believes Flava Flav is still abusing drugs.

Was negligence behind the death of Heath Ledger?

Here’s my take on the Heath Ledger story: I have to admit I was not familiar with the actor whose promising career was cut short by his untimely death. Someone reminded me that Mr. Ledger played a gay cowboy in the movie ‘Brokeback Mountain’. I never saw the movie.

For those of us who are unfamiliar with him, we can’t escape the wall to wall news coverage of his death. One of the troubling aspects of his death was his masseuse’s claims that she attempted CPR on Mr. Ledger when she found him unresponsive.

According to Nancy Grace, Ledger was found face down in his bed. Any masseuse should be trained in basic CPR 101 which teaches you to move an unresponsive person off the bed and onto the floor before initiating CPR. If you’re unable to move the patient, then a board or other hard surface should be placed under his back.

At any rate, the patient must be face up before any attempt at CPR can be made. If paramedics found Ledger face down in his bed, then no attempt at CPR was made.

The other troubling aspect is why the masseuse called actress Mary-Kate Olsen twice before calling 911? And did the actress send her security to the apartment to remove incriminating evidence? Lastly, if 911 was called 15 minutes after the masseuse heard Ledger snoring then she or the company she works for could be held responsible for not acting swiftly enough to save his life.

Grand Hustle rapper Young Dro, whom I consider to be a very handsome and charming young man who is always nice to me when he sees me out – may not have 3 women on the side as I earlier reported. He may only have two now that Shavon has taken herself out of the lineup. I can’t tell you how many friends she has enlisted to email me on her behalf.

UPDATED: Def Jam Chairman LA Reid is in town to attend this party tonight. They say there will be no replacement for Jay Z for months. I think I will stop through the party to get the info straight from the horse’s mouth 🙂

Wednesday’s night most memorable and star studded exclusive party known as “The Hollywood Hide Out” has come to an end at the spot that Mr. Plush of Plush Blue Ent and Juan Farmer aka Jebron F. Kennedy from Rowdy Records, made famous – “The Royal Lounge” in Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Plush and Juan Farmer were killing it on Wednesday nights – but it ain’t over!

From the expensive cars and stretch limo’s, huge stars to the most exclusive parties with entertainers from Nas, Terrance Howard, Tony Rock, Chris Tucker, AKON, Allen Payne, Keyshia Cole, Jermaine Dupri, Young Jeezy, Chingy, Joe Johnson, NSYNC, New Edition, The Dream Listening party, the Glenn Twins Lingerie b-day party with Rich Boy and Slim Thug in attendance, Chris Webber & Evan Ross just to name a few have all been spotted partying with Mr. Plush & Juan Farmer at the Royal on Wednesday nights.

I guess you can say that the Hollywood Hide out just outgrew the Royal Lounge.

The Good news is, the party has been moved to the new, sexy and more spacious spot NOIR Lounge on Peters Street. NOIR has two rooms – an all white room and a separate VIP Lounge and it’s right up the street from Royal Lounge on Peter St. Word is, NOIR is now the new spot on Wednesday’s starting this Wednesday (1/23) for the grand launching of the Hollywood Hde Out.

This Wednesday’s Grand Launching will be hosted by Jermaine Dupri and the entire Def Jam family. Rumor has it Ludacris and Jeezy will also be in the house along with several other major stars.

Don’t just hear about it, BE about it!
